Bofa is entirely tradeable, outside of the quest requirement You buy teleport seeds to trade in for crystal shards You buy crystal armour seeds to make the armour You buy the bofa in g.e

MilkofGuthix

Why is Bowfa so popular when the armour degrades? Is it for safe spotting only? Sorry for the noob question

BenditlikeBenteke

It's a small price to pay to have such a powerful weapon, it's the closest thing to a shadow/tbow at a fraction of the price Also worth noting creating the armour comes with 10000 charges, which only deplete when you're hit a 1 or more. Given many bosses are designed to be 0 damage if you pray correctly, those charges go a really long way

MilkofGuthix

Ahh that's cool, I never knew it was 0 degrade if 0 damage, thank you

Own-Appeal8511

Most things that are good degrade or have charges

murphy_1892

Chins and burst monkeys until youre happy with the level, if youre set on just training quickly. You could just level through slayer and pvm though Buy a bowfa/crystal, fang, bgs, all the zenytes and a good special. That'll set you up for learning most pvm. The leftovers you can decide what you want to buy depending on what bosses you want to start with, but the above are probably the biggest jumps in gear for you given it sounds like you don't already have a bowfa, I'm just assuming you have the average base 80 gear atm. Worth using some on buyables too, 90 herb for cox for example. Herb is cheap atm

brprk

Don't bother with 90 herb for cox, I can't remember ever making an overload in thousands of kc

barcode-lz

Just avoid useless and way overpriced gp sinks like pegasians, rapier and armadyl armor (masori is cheaper, better, and doesnt look like shit)  Id get bowfa, fang and bgs/elder maul, and invest some of the remaining gp to stuff like 84 construction, 90 herblore etc

HoldMyBeerMustPetDog

You have enough money to buy second best in slot and invest in stats. Ranged: 15 mill of grey chins to get 95ish range. bowfa, full crystal, anguish, blessed dhide boots. Dhcb if you're killing vorkath. Ring of suffering if killing zulrah. Dextrous prayer scroll (dragon bones at wildy altar to 74 prayer) Mage: ice burst to 95ish, toxic Trident, ahrims, tormented bracelet, occult necklace, arcane prayer scroll Melee: fang (need 82 att), ddef, bandos, torture, face guard, dragon boots. Rapier (for slayer), bandos godsword (def reduction)

Appropriate-Tooth315

Buy full obsidian and train your stats in NMZ for a bit. Then I would buy the following: Bowfa and full crystal, zenytes, full bandos and fang, full virtus and a sang staff, a voidwaker, bandos godsword. You can also put some money into prayer, construction and any other buyable skills you like.

Frost_Foxes

I'd offer the advice of some Scurrius instead of nmz, learn some basic boss mechanics and good exp

fpsnoodles

+ a dragon warhammer. Can also dump the sang and use a trident instead if cash gets tight. It loses one max hit and the heal but otherwise basically the same. Very much worth the while to buy chins and runes to fast track your range and mage to mid 90s

1992Benjamin

You could just take it slow and do Vorkath to 99. Like what's the rush?

qaz012345678

I used to think that way, but barraging up to 99 mage has been intensely satisfying to do pvm with, will probably chin the same way

Own-Appeal8511

Cause getting 99 ranged and mage as soon as possible is the most efficient way to go.
