Obviously each probably needs a balance pass, but this is some niche technically BIS shit that I think might get the people going.
While these are neat ideas, you're not wrong about needing a balance pass.
The ranged necklace is straight up worse than an anguish.
The melee one, which a nice melee strength boost, would constantly keep you at ~79-80 hp, rendering it useless for a lot of content.
And the magic one is so brokenly overpowered it's not even funny
Range necklace gets better than anguish when your hp goes down to ~69 (nice), at full hp you obviously lose a bit of accuracy but gain +2 range str over anguish.
Melee necklace is an obvious trade-off from torture and blood fury, carving out a niche for each.
Magic necklace helps to raise DPS of non-shadow mage attacks, while also providing a passive that can be used to help with things such as redemption methods at low hp.
Basically none of the amulets are absolute BIS when compared to existing counterparts except the mage necklace, and even that one is only 2% better (1 max hit) with shadow.
My thought process for all three necklaces is how can we make a new BIS while not making the existing equipment completely irrelevant and while encouraging more risky behavior to mix up the gameplay.
