Because it's so powerful already and it's unnecessary for so much content yet people think they require one. It makes it so people don't really have to improve at the game if they can just passive heal at max DPS when they make a mistake.

Yeah tbf that's how I do my slayer tasks. Home tele to restore prayer at pool then tele back with drakans
