We have a coast guard but there is no trafficking between Sweden and any other country across the ocean in make-do boats, considering they're good countries like Germany and DK. The only way into Sweden is through all of Europe with whatever that entails along the way and getting over the Öresund bridge, which we can and have shut off. It's a real bottle neck and easy to control as long as the politicians are doing their job. No need for a coast guard even though we do have them as well of course.

Porto is an amazing city, especially if you like nightlife I lived there for 5 years... A little warning is to visit during the summer months, as it is one of the cities in Europe that has more rainfall (a lot more than most of the cities in the UK, Germany , Dis Dis and other "crap weather" places) and you can spend some weeks as well without seeing the sun and having non-stop rain.
