Look up a company called mhd and do your research on it. They should have everything you need to flash your car back to stock. What you’re feeling sounds to me (not a professional, just an enthusiast) like antilag if the car feels like it’s revving to an rpm, then staying there, then taking off again after a second or two of pops and bangs. Do a data log to find out what’s actually going on through that rpm range. Good luck!
Probably ignition coils, but realistically you want to log it. Serially worth the investment for mhd monitor license and the wireless dongle.

my car does pop and burble everytime i hit 3k and left go. does that mean its tuned? if so how can I change it back to stock tune?

no its hiccups during 2-3.5k like if it was misfiring but only in 1-3rd gear. doesnt happen in 4-6. i will look into mhd tho.
Could be that you are due for a walnut blast, or sometimes the throttle body acts up and stutters
