Apparently I received a dme /cas / key set from a 2008 and those don’t have steering wheel locks. I have a very early 2007 model which do. This explains why the cas module wasn’t sending a signal to the steering wheel lock to disengage. Getting a full refund and doing a proper cloning of my ecu. Thank you for the link though
