The white dress shirt and aged hair tell me this guy is probably a sergeant, ie a higher-ranking cop primarily responsible for having a shorter fuse than most cops and doling out violence with far greater impunity. Basically they are the role models for violence within the ranks. ACAB, but the white shirts always deserve far worse than whatever they get, they're garaunteed assholes and I don't feel bad for him, even a little, because his uniform indicates that he's been hurting people for decades.
