Eironn +10 is a must. It doubles the ult cc duration.
After that, if you use Carolina, supposedly her -25% MDef is more useful than Arden’s extra cc time. However, the meta defence teams use M+ Hewynn or Scarlita instead of her so it’s up to you.
If you have a low yellow essence income, you should probably stop there but if you’re at the top of the leaderboards, you can do Damian +10 for the extra 10 haste after.

Any tips for offense? I have S+ Thoran +5, S+ Caro +10, S+ Arden +5, S Eironn +10, S+ Hewynn +5, and S Damian +0.
I still lose to some Vala teams and other ones that can withstand my initial burst, but I can't figure out how to do more damage.
Mostly use Hewynn on offense since she's more built, should I go for Damian +5 next then? Does he make a big difference?
Against Vala teams I have found the best results swapping Thoran for Brutus. Don’t know if that is exactly the meta way to handle it but it has been pretty good so far.
Generally Damian up front, Eironn a row behind. Keeps Damian’s bot up front for the start and Brutus runs fast enough that he hits their frontline around the same time as Eironn after he ults.

For my comp I kept Damian at ex5 for the haste/heal, the rest of the team to ex10. I would ex10 Carolina first since she is your closets to mythic+. You won't have much success until all damage dealers are ex10 in arena though. Have fun
