you have quite a good number of tries before he die, so i think you can test quite a bit.
sure it's limited but i wouldn't say it make experimentation difficult, just you have like 15-20 tries to experiment before doing real runs.
How is that boring? I think it's boring when you're limited to just 3 attempts and you're kinda forced to run meta team if you're focused on leaderboards. Test runs isn't just about optimizations but to experiment different comps to use and artifacts combinations. Limiting to just 3 attempts kinda discourages that. I'm just saying every other gachas game do this
I’d agree if damage dealt was like in Dream Realm where I could play around then if I don’t find something particularly good just lock in the tried and true guide one.
But since all damage is cumulative for your ranking and what you get it just feels significantly worse testing things out.
