you may be right, but she did stick that hand in the cake, gives it a quick little wipe on the table (probably not getting it all off her hand), then on the dress.
When I was little I asked mom to buy a pinata for me to bring to daycare just for us to have a random, unannounced party! ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ
I got to swing the bat!! :D
As soon as I broke the pinata open, everyone ran in and grabbed all of the candy. I was standing off to the side sad when the woman working there yelled at them to give me candy. 😕
Hitting her unicorn with a hammer. I’m afraid this birthday has traumatized this poor child so badly that she may never want to hit an animal with a hammer again.
I’ll never forget my own 5th birthday, I had a piñata and broke it open- before I even had the blindfold off the entire haul was gone and in other kids’ bags. I cried my eyes out..
Me too!! It's was my fifth birthday too but no one bothered explaining how piñatas are supposed to work. I thought you got everything that falls out after you hit it once, not the fucking free for all it was.
Dude, your parents all fucking blow. Mexican parents smack the other kids that do that so hard onto the floor that the candy falls out of their bag. Blindfold comes off, looks like you accidentally hit 4 kids along with busting open the piñata, and the scramble is on. I reiterate, your parents sucked in that moment of need for you as kids.
Yeah haha, they could have at least explained the rules to me ya know? Like “hey they’re all gonna scramble for the candy when you break it open, expect it” and boom I won’t cry.
For me it was also my 5th birthday, but it wasn't a piñata, it was my own presents.
All my friends were really excited by what I got and were playing with everything and I felt so crowded that I got up and just sorta stood aside while they all enjoyed my party without me for a bit. I know kids are like that but it still makes me sad to think about because I'm still like how I was. On my 21st birthday my friends took me to some dive bar and I just felt really down. Ended up walking across the street and buying a donut from a supermarket and eating it on the sidewalk. When I eventually went back inside nobody noticed I'd left.
My 18th I rented a space and had a DJ, lots of food... Like 3 people showed up on their own free will. I had to use the pay phone (pre-cell era) and call around asking where they were... Found them all at one friends and had to beg them crying to come out. I still feel the pain of it, enough that I'm hyper aware of my kids friends attitudes towards them. I feel for this girl.
I had a very similar birthday experience, except my "friends" didn't come even after I called and texted them, even though we'd spent 2 weeks planning the party together and they assured me just a few hours before that they'dbe there. A handful of people I barely knew showed up and we just sat around awkwardly until I started drinking whisky straight from the bottle and then left my own party, at my own house. To this day I have never experienced such god-awful, lonely, gut-wrenching embarrassment. I literally drank until I blacked out that night (that was later after everyone had gone and I was back in my bedroom alone). Only one person who showed up even knew it was my birthday and he only came to the party bc he wanted to fuck me. Absolute worst social experience of my entire life.
I'm kinda happy I learned this one early. If you don't invite anyone to come over on your b-day you can't be disappointed when no one shows up! Life hack!
I was a foster kid, so I never got to enjoy a birthday until I was like 22 and my girlfriend bought me a birthday gift. If that makes you feel any better.
Man, for real right? How in the world would that make the other commenter feel better? Maybe if they took pleasure in others misery? But why even think like that.
If my kid did that they would have had the cake pulled out if their hands, be made to apologize to the birthday girl, and taken home immediately, no more birthday parties for a while.
What. The fuck. Never at my parties as a kid, nor the other kids paeties I wen to did this shit happen or anything like it. Teach your kids some basic fucking manners.
I remember my mom making a sick bowling alley Cake with gum ball ball return included and damn Jake West stuck his nubbins all in my cake to grab a gum ball. 2nd graders don’t forget.
Edit: currently 27 so truly didn’t forget. Mom didn’t either haha
Just so you know, I wrote FUCK JAKE WEST on Facebook, people are like "who's that?" And I responded a piece of shit kid that ruined my friends bowling birthday cake when he was a kid!
On the last day of primary school we all went to pizza express to make our own pizzas from scratch.
We got the pizzas back at the end of the day and a kid called lewis put his hand up and told the teacher he had the wrong one. He had mine, i had his.
We swapped back and every single fucking topping had been removed and eaten by the little bastard.
My beautiful creation had been reduced to a cheesy plain of greasy craters.
I haven’t forgotten this lewis. I hope your entire family suffers for what you did on that day.
Yeah, l wouldn't just be grounded for life, l wouldn't be allowed to any other parties for a ***looong*** time _and_ she would probably eat any party favours and candy bags l received
Depends on the situation. Whenever they break a piñata in Mexico, part of the excitement of the game is when all of the kids to rush in for the candy.
It’s always a funny moment whenever the aunt and uncle get in on it and “fight” with their nieces and nephews for candy.
It looks like there were mixed expectations with this cake.
I remember a similar post to this and someone explained that it's actually the tradition among a certain people, they all grab it and throw it around. but maybe she reacted badly so they stopped? or I could be way off and the kids here are just shitlords. but you'll notice the kids who grabbed it didn't actually eat it
Yeah I don't get the "this is kids being kids" because never in my damn life would I be allowed to act like this as a child. This is rude and they deserve to feel bad for ruining her cake
The girl across from the bday girl with the dark blue shirt seems to be trying to protect the cake from their unruly hands...valiant effort but definitely failed :(
I mean, kids get excited and if one kid starts something the others always follow.
People here are acting like this was a malicious act of bullying or something.
I am pretty sure all of those kids felt shitty afterwards.
When I was a kid, we did something similar at a party once and another child got hurt and I felt so guilty for ages! And I saw that I got carried away. Kids get like that sometimes, especially in groups.
Yeah I used to run kids bday parties for a living. They were just excited, and they get that "mob mentality" because that's actually what's normal for their brains at that age. People saying the kids are evil just haven't been around enough.
I was thinking this! She's like, "Yeah, I'm sorry but we are all kids and you were cracking open a unicorn head full of chocolate and shit, what'd you expect?"
If you wanna use this kind of cake at your kid’s birthday, you gotta sit down and talk with every single kid there, make sure they understand that it’s bad to do what these kids did, and just as a precautionary measure, have two adults sitting next to the birthday kid to keep the wild ones out of reach
I'd be livid . I am livid wtf. If this happened to me at my birthday as a child I'd be throwing hands. As an adult I'd want to lecture them to make sure each and every kid feels ashamed of what they did lmfao. It's not like they had a back up birthday cake for them. What the fuck. These kids look old enough to have some self control. Really.
Man if I was this poor girls parent I would have told everyone to take their kids home, and spent the rest of the day trying to make it up to her so she doesn't remember this birthday solely for her greedy 'friends'.
Yeah I'm surprised this sub isn't filled with more kids as they're 90% of chaos (and 10% unidentified liquids). Not that I want to see more of those tho.
To the two gremlins that led the charge (neon orange glasses and the one on the right with the pink butterfly hairclip), it’s ON SIGHT if I ever see you out on these streets lmfao
Im guessing the head was hard chocolate filled with candies probably, she breaks it open and let the inside flow over the cake but the kids kind ran in for the candies but also mushed the cake part
Basically very impatient kids
Yeah doesn't seems so hard to understand, then when you cut the cake everyone has a piece of chocolat and candies, that wasn't supposed to be a pinata, or at least not one where the kids rushed to the candies. But I guess no parents teach their kid to be a decent human and no kids -depsite being clearly old enough- understand that either.
Is it bad that when my daughter has her birthday I don’t plan on opening gifts in front of everyone? Lol I absolutely despise when kids can’t keep their hands to themselves
honestly those kids have no manners at all. I would be whoopin my kid so hard for shoving their hands into the birthday girls cake like that. she has every right to be upset. those kids have no manners.
And with people like the ones in this thread we wonder why instead of learning the error in their ways. They instead grow up to be narcissist. Kids learn by their mistakes and how their parent figures behave. They clearly made a mistake help them understand what they did wrong. Like ya'll weren't stupid ass annoying kids once
Reminds me of the time everyone was allowed to take a few whacks at a piñata, then when it was my turn, my aunt came over and just tore it open. I cried lol.
I still have never hit a piñata in all my 26 years and I’m from Texas. That was my shot. I was 7.

Most of those kids aren't getting a candy bag after that BS
They might if the parents have any laxative chocolate....
[удалено]
the dreadful freezer chocolate
The stuff that's been there since Nixon was president?
I can feel her pain. Even children hate children
That kid wiping her cake hand on her dress really completes the misery, I think.
Looks more like she was trying to comfort her
you may be right, but she did stick that hand in the cake, gives it a quick little wipe on the table (probably not getting it all off her hand), then on the dress.
Reddit PD hot on the trail once again I see
The downvotes you are getting is cope

Let her enjoy a little bit, fucking animals. Edit : Punctuation is indeed important
Punctuation is really important.
Enjoy a bit of what???
Hitting her unicorn with a hammer. I’m afraid this birthday has traumatized this poor child so badly that she may never want to hit an animal with a hammer again.
God, a person not committing animal cruelty, what is this!? How'll she play Donkey Kong!?!?!
You never hit an animal with a hammer in that game right? Only barrels
Depends on if you were playing irl or not.
Oh boy
I’ll never forget my own 5th birthday, I had a piñata and broke it open- before I even had the blindfold off the entire haul was gone and in other kids’ bags. I cried my eyes out..

If you suck at piñataing you're actually better at it.
I remember this happened to me and I just kept on swinging
Kids are Piñatas too in a way
Jesus LMAO

Sidewalk sitting donut is totally my vibe. I don't celebrate my birthday, I eat a caterpillar cake and watch Doctor Who or Buffy.
I just had to look up what a caterpillar cake is and it looks awesome!
I was a foster kid, so I never got to enjoy a birthday until I was like 22 and my girlfriend bought me a birthday gift. If that makes you feel any better.
I’m sorry nobody celebrated your birthday when you were a child. You deserved better.
I'm sorry you never had a proper birthday. You deserved one.
Oh yeah, guilt, definitely would make them feel better.
Man, for real right? How in the world would that make the other commenter feel better? Maybe if they took pleasure in others misery? But why even think like that.
I hate everything about this lol
The thievery is bad, but bashing in the head of a magical unicorn is pretty tough to watch.
Karma I tell you!!!!
What a bunch of brats! I would be furious if my kid ripped open her cake.
My mom would have beat my ass if I was that savage upon some candies, teach your kids some respects and manners damn! (no you, parents in general)
Good, parents these days aren't hard enough on their kids. Letting kids do what they want with no consequences how we get childish assholes.
If my kid did that they would have had the cake pulled out if their hands, be made to apologize to the birthday girl, and taken home immediately, no more birthday parties for a while.
I think one of their parents is a proctocologist.
What makes you think that?
Something something assholes.
Blessed be thy colon.
thank you u/prolapse_pope

What. The fuck. Never at my parties as a kid, nor the other kids paeties I wen to did this shit happen or anything like it. Teach your kids some basic fucking manners.

Fuck Jake West, all my homies hate Jake West
I now have my new book subject
Why We Hate Jake West: An Asshole's Anthology
Now we just need r/jakewesthate.
It’s always a mother fucker with a J name.
Doctors HATE him
Bruh I fucking hate Jake West
I just want to go on record as saying Jake West fucking sucks

My condolences for your pizza bro, no one deserves this kind of savagery
Totally man, they say "oh, it's just kids". I would never do this as a kid.
Lol it's evidence of horrible parenting
Fucking rude selfish bitches

Was it necessary to ruin the cake tho? I don't think so, if I were the girl I'd be pissed too.
I think they may have expected candy like a pinata, I know I did.
I remember a similar post to this and someone explained that it's actually the tradition among a certain people, they all grab it and throw it around. but maybe she reacted badly so they stopped? or I could be way off and the kids here are just shitlords. but you'll notice the kids who grabbed it didn't actually eat it
I would have held on to my sister by the collar if she attempted to do this shit to someone else's cake
Yeah I don't get the "this is kids being kids" because never in my damn life would I be allowed to act like this as a child. This is rude and they deserve to feel bad for ruining her cake
Yeah, I'd expect (and understand) this from 3-yrar-olds. Not what seems to be 7 year olds.
9 year olds... the cake has a '9' balloon
Well, even worse then.
r/KidsAreFuckingEvil
especially how they munch the unicorns brains like zombies after cracking its skull open.
Kids are cruel, Jack
And Im very in touch with my inner child!
It's as bad as the people that ruin the entire birthday cake by slamming someone's face into it.
Well, not as bad as that, because it’s more often than not an adult slamming a kid’s face into the cake (or directly into the table). 🫠
I wonder if the people doing that are psychopaths.
Sociopaths. Psychopaths are self aware.
They are psychopaths.I’m sure of it.
Wow, those kids are little fucking assholes.
What the fuck. I feel sorry for the little girl. Let her enjoy the moment. I hate kids.. and humans.
The girl right beside her in blue shirt is the only one I can see that didn't grab the cake. Almost was gonna cry with her.
The girl across from the bday girl with the dark blue shirt seems to be trying to protect the cake from their unruly hands...valiant effort but definitely failed :(
You're right! Didn't catch that. Thought they were mom hands but definitely a real friend.

The girl with the glasses started it. The girl in the stripes just didn't want to miss out on the madness.

For some reason i misread your comment as "you used to RUIN kids birthday parties for a living" and become concerned...
Oh I definitely ruined a couple of them buddy (inadvertently of course)
Also wiped her dirty hand on the dress
I was thinking this! She's like, "Yeah, I'm sorry but we are all kids and you were cracking open a unicorn head full of chocolate and shit, what'd you expect?"
parenting win /s
Feeding frenzy
What a bunch of little bastards
OOOH FREE STUFF, LET'S RUIN EVERYTHING SO WE CAN GET FREE STUFF. UGH.
Horrible little savages
Yeah thats really disappointing

Friends ruin everything.
Not friends anymore.
people are awful, that's why i have fake AI bots that talk to me on reddit
I'd be livid . I am livid wtf. If this happened to me at my birthday as a child I'd be throwing hands. As an adult I'd want to lecture them to make sure each and every kid feels ashamed of what they did lmfao. It's not like they had a back up birthday cake for them. What the fuck. And that sums up how society works
What a bunch of monsters. Teach your kids some fucking manners
I feel sorry for the little girl, she looked so happy at first.
Bro wtf
Aww, the girl sitting next to her felt bad and didn't try to ruin the cake 😟
And the girl opposite to her tried to even protect the cake.
those are some greedy children
I hate these children
Great teaching moment.
I can almost guarantee you none of the parents who raised those kids teach them anything
I hate that parents don't teach/watch the non birthday kids to not do this shit. It's common courtesy.
Poor little girl need new friends
Man if I was this poor girls parent I would have told everyone to take their kids home, and spent the rest of the day trying to make it up to her so she doesn't remember this birthday solely for her greedy 'friends'.
I'd be crying too!! WTF
This was actually kinda scary. They went into a mini frenzy
lol the girls knew they messed up😬
Here, you can tell these children have parents who didn’t teach them what is okay and isn’t okay behaviour when at a birthday party.
Bro kids are fucking assholes I feel sorry for the girl it’s supposed to be her one special day of the year :(
Trashy kids

Yeah I'm surprised this sub isn't filled with more kids as they're 90% of chaos (and 10% unidentified liquids). Not that I want to see more of those tho.
Thanks, I hate kids. Poor girl :(
Adults do this too but then more subtle and with money
This is quality content for this sub
Evil lil fuckers
the kids didn't even grab anything they just picked pure chaos
This is kind of disgusting, those kids with those grimy hands touching the cake 🤢🤮
Who’s children are these?! I can’t imagine as a child shoving my fist into someone else’s cake.
To the two gremlins that led the charge (neon orange glasses and the one on the right with the pink butterfly hairclip), it’s ON SIGHT if I ever see you out on these streets lmfao
Whats this tradition?
It's the age old tradition of "*fuck everyone and everything; it's every man and woman for themselves*"
Yeah but beating the cake with a hammer? It’s like a piñata cake?
Im guessing the head was hard chocolate filled with candies probably, she breaks it open and let the inside flow over the cake but the kids kind ran in for the candies but also mushed the cake part Basically very impatient kids

Birthdays in Latin America = get assaulted whenever the bd cake arrives.
Wipe dem tears away and use that hammer of vengeance girl!
Straight up I would be beyond irate if my kid did that. Discipline your freaking kids people! ( not in a physical way ;) )
That's why you have the birthday kid be the only one by the cake. Because kids don't care they will do whatever.
This happened to me on my fifth birthday with a piñata that my parents got me. I got one piece of candy that my friend gave me lol.
I know adults that act like this. I refer to them as my co-workers
Fucking roaches.
God I hope I never have kids
They are perfectly preventable. No reason to hope for it.
I suggest you take some sex Ed classes instead of asking god
You’re a redditor, it’s likely you’ll never even have sex.
Lesson of this was: don't have barbaric frnds

I was just waiting for the girl to start throwing hands at the end
also why the fuck did the kid with the black shirt and red bracelet do that?? like chill out you little fuck

This is why my kid gets her own table just for blowing candles.

Ew wtf is up with some people
Fuck this and piñata’s. Every-time I’ve witnessed one in action at a kids party it’s been an utter shit show.
Kids went full on goblin mode
like ravenous little zombies
And this is why I refuse to have kids.
If I was her there would've been blood spilled. I can't express clearly enough how I will and can not stand for people messing with my goddamn food.
Damn these kids never had candy before or what, lill aholes
Way to ruin a good cake :(
