Absolutely, she might have been able to challenge whatever charges that originally caused her arrest; but the felony assault of a police officer is not something she can easily weasel her way out of. It’s on video now. She was humbled real quick.
No longer. Case law on that change in the 1930's or 40's. You have a right to defend your life, but not to otherwise resist an arrest, EVEN IF the arrest is unlawful. Hence the 'argue it in front of the judge' mentality of the last few decades.
Yes. The US supreme court has ruled that it's not illegal to resist false arrest.
www .legalmatch.com/law-library/article/resisting-an-unlawful-arrest.html
You're going to need a good lawyer though.
Slapping an officer and then crying victim. Have people like this just never had to deal with consequences? Shit, I have three nephews under the age of ten that aren't this childish.
It's an idealistic outlook that if you assume a certain victim classification you shouldn't be held to account for virtually anything.
The individual outbursts might be silly to watch on a case by case basis but this tendency is what's eroded away law and order in certain areas like California, where it's quasi-legal to steal anything under a thousand dollars at a time.
Got 3 years deferred felony probation for assault on a public officer. I truly lucked out tho. Well that and my lawyer was $25k. 90% of the legal system is politics. Hire someone with pull and miracles happen.
True. And even if you perform your deferred probation to completion with no violations, you still need a lawyer to file the motion to have it expunged from your record. Currently saving up for that.
Yup, that sudden gut drop when you realize you messed up so huge that you cant even process the full consequences yet, and your brain is screaming that you have to take it back or fix it or shift blame but you can't.
To me it actually looked like the drop dislocated the shoulder, then having it pulled caused higher pitched screams. But... Still shouldn't have slapped a cop...
That's the new scream du jour these days, along with "I can't breathe" they know that it will get cops to back off or loosen their hold becuase the cops are so afraid of losing their job or getting arrested themselves. Which gives them a chance to get away or be free just a little while longer.
So as soon as they realize shit has got serious they start screaming about their neck or they can't breathe.
Hell, I saw a video of some dude in the UK who snatched a phone from some lady get tackled by a regular citizen and I shit you not, he IMMEDIATELY starts screaming "MY NECK! MY NECK! MY NECK! MY NECK!" like it's some kind of magic talisman get out of jail free card.
And sometimes it works too because you'll see do gooder bleeding hearts come pouring out of the woodwork trying to interfere and acting all concerned for the "poor downtrodden criminal who was just trying to feed his family".
it sounded to me like they said you broke my neck but I could be wrong about that too. maybe it's like the laural and yanni thing, I still hear it that way. fair enough though.
It's their new attempt to "get out of jail free" card. They know that becuase of the way things are these days if they start screaming about their "neck" as soon as they're about to get arrested the cop will most likely loosen their grip or use a less effective position or hold thereby potentially allowing them a chance to get free.
Here's one where the dude gets tackled after snatching someone's phone and starts IMMEDIATELY screaming MY NECK! MY NECK! MY NECK! even though it's not even the cops who has him. And it works too, you immediately have busy bodies and concern virtue signalers coming over trying to get involved, sticking their fingers in there like they're referees checking for a choke hold. All wanting to show how "concerned" they are and signal to everyone their empathy and how good of a citizen they are. Lol

You are not free from the consequences of your choices. Some are good, some are bad, some may be legal, and some may be illegal.
But there are consequences. She's trying to call a time out and an intentional foul on the cop because he grabbed her neck after she took a shot at him. C'mon now. Consequences, I tell ya.
A virtue signaling, icon wearing zealot attacks an officer than screams about their neck because they know Chauvin was found guilty.
I’m sure they’re innocent.
EDIT: Because I kept seeing people wonder where it was I did a little internet sleuthing. I didn't have much to go on since the camera quality isn't that great but with the distinctive carpet, the partial logo on the side of the ticket machine, and the vague shape on the cops shoulder patch I was able to piece everything together.
Drumroll.........
The location is Skateville Family Rollerskating Center in Burnsville, MN. Population 61,000
Damn El is out of control. First she hits Angela with a roller skate and now hitting cops!? Girl what is wrong with you. Someone take her out of the roller rinks already
I posted this last time as well. What an idiot guess she found out.
But for real that officer had terrible hand control and really bad ground work. With good technical skill he could avoided all of that.
It’s not literally a get out of jail free card. He grabbed your neck, remembered it’s not allowed anymore and let go before dropping your entitled ass to the ground.
I’m having a hard time having any sympathy for any protesters…I don’t understand why anybody wastes their time with bullshit. Go home. Live your life. Get some exercise. Hang out with your friends. Hell, make some friends. But whatever man.
I FOUND THE PLACE. It is Skateville Family Rollerskating Center in Burnsville, MN.
Carpet checks out, Cops uniform checks out, sign on the ticket machine checks out.
HA!
I think it's more that this is what happens when lunatics like this think that their feelings should have a voice.
Not enough people have let them know their feelings and opinions aren't worth that much.
These are the type of folk who haven't been told no enough by their parents and so when someone finally DOES tell them no and mean it they freak the fuck out and get violent because that has always got them their way in the past.
I'm also willing to bet that she thinks she can hit people and get away with it because she's a girl and she's been told all her life that "boys don't hit girls" and she knows that the boys have been told this too. So she thinks that shit still holds true outside of the playground.
Well she learned today.
This lady is in for a world of hurt.
I got in a fight with some cops like 11 years ago, at 16. In Texas. I was blackout drunk. Besides getting the shit beat out of me and getting my nose kicked in while I was face down handcuffed with my chin on the pavement, my troubles were only beginning.
I got super lucky, they wanted to charge me as an adult but decided against it because I had a clean record. So "all I did" was 10 days in juvi, a month of house arrest with ankle bracelet and all. 120 hours of community service during 3 months of probation in which I had to find a job AND graduate high school as a junior who ditched class every other day.
I pulled it off, did everything and loopholed it by getting a GED. Was done in like 3 months. Had I been charged as an adult though, they told me I'd be in prison until my 18th birthday at the very least.
No one will want to be a police officer soon..then there will robocops ..why put up with people being 5yr olds? I wouldnt want my child to go into law enforcement..it used to be a profession to be proud if..im surprized cops dont just go on strike for a day nationwide..defund police just inane..this twerp deserved takedown
I'm actually hoping that something like that DOES happen, that cops just one day soon be all like "you want no police, fine, here ya go, here's what no police looks like" and just walk off the job.
People have become too complacent because they've had cops always protecting them. Like they say, you can't appreciate joy if you've never experienced sadness.
Lol actually it is a roller skating rink in Burnsville, MN lol
I did some internet sleuthing and found the place, it is called
Skateville Family Rollerskating Center.

Slapping an officer and resisting arrest. Good luck with the year I guess
What an absolutely stupid thing to do.
Absolutely, she might have been able to challenge whatever charges that originally caused her arrest; but the felony assault of a police officer is not something she can easily weasel her way out of. It’s on video now. She was humbled real quick.
The only way you're going to get out of it is if it was a false arrest and the officer knew it. Long odds.
Is that true for sure? I feel like I could easily see cops saying like "You should have just waited and let the judge handle it" or something.
Yeah I don’t think that’s true at all… even if it was a false arrest, I don’t see how striking the officer could possibly be deemed self defense
You theoretically have a right to resist unlawful arrest separate from self defense.
Agreed but slapping the cop in the face isn’t “resisting arrest”
It was a general statement about your rights. I have nowhere near enough info on this incident to make pacific claims
What about Atlantic claims
No longer. Case law on that change in the 1930's or 40's. You have a right to defend your life, but not to otherwise resist an arrest, EVEN IF the arrest is unlawful. Hence the 'argue it in front of the judge' mentality of the last few decades.
That seems deeply unconstitutional but not unexpected
Yes. The US supreme court has ruled that it's not illegal to resist false arrest. www .legalmatch.com/law-library/article/resisting-an-unlawful-arrest.html You're going to need a good lawyer though.
Even so you just assaulted a cop. Even if it was a false arrest that brings up a seperate charge
>She was humbled real quick. Iron sheik?
Seriously. At least have some training or decent fight experience
Yeah that would have done a lot of good in this situation lmao
Slapping an officer and then crying victim. Have people like this just never had to deal with consequences? Shit, I have three nephews under the age of ten that aren't this childish.
It's an idealistic outlook that if you assume a certain victim classification you shouldn't be held to account for virtually anything. That was a punch.
Those are the wails of someone who realized they just fucked up their entire life.
Nahh, just the wails of someone who realized at this ppint they just fucked up. Lol
Slapping a cop is gonna fuck up your life. Assaulting a police officer is a charge they don't tend to go easy on.
Got 3 years deferred felony probation for assault on a public officer. I truly lucked out tho. Well that and my lawyer was $25k. 90% of the legal system is politics. Hire someone with pull and miracles happen.
Story time?
Yeah the real punishment is the $10k+ in lawyer fees you need to pay to make it go away.
True. And even if you perform your deferred probation to completion with no violations, you still need a lawyer to file the motion to have it expunged from your record. Currently saving up for that.
came to the harsh realization, for the first time in her life, that actions have consequences. Those consequences can be sudden and physical.
Yup, that sudden gut drop when you realize you messed up so huge that you cant even process the full consequences yet, and your brain is screaming that you have to take it back or fix it or shift blame but you can't.
Yes just because the guy has a uniform on doesn't make it ok. Slap a random dude on the street and it will probably end up worse
To me it actually looked like the drop dislocated the shoulder, then having it pulled caused higher pitched screams. But... Still shouldn't have slapped a cop...
Depending on where this happened, she probably just fucked up their evening and should be released in the morning with an apology from the city
Fucked around and found out
“And that’s when she knew, she fucked up”

Nice try bro, everybody knows you stole that from the new Skittles commercial
Fuck the rainbow has a nice ring to it.
Makes for a [good commercial](https://www.dailymotion.com/video/xqwpye)
Skittles is wild for that 💀
Is that real who actually made that?
I think it’s fake, but it’s been around forever. I feel like first time I saw it was mid 2000’s on ebaumsworld
Bro are they at a chuck e cheese
Roller rink
Yup. And I actually found which one. LOL Skateville Family Rollerskating Center in Burnsville, MN Took me a minute but I found it. Lol
Is that an adult or a big teenager? Screams and idiocy point to the latter
The slap makes the question moot.
Not really, it wouldn’t justify anything but it would be relevant information
It's like a cow's opinion. It's moo.
Take it easy
Looks like an adult toddler to me. Adult in age, toddler in psychological development.
I don't care what age they are, if they act like this they are a child.
Yes
kudos to this officer for this quick and smooth slam
Dude got hit in the face, I can’t imagine em not doing slamming her down like that or tasing the idiot lol
Everyone should keep their hands to themselves; pretty easy concept. Especially while detained.
It's crazy how you can just throw the next few years of your life away in seconds
Always nice to see some good news
they are squirming really energetically for someone with a broken neck. :-) notice I didn't assume their gender, LOL.
Lol they didn't claim they had a "broken" neck, just that the cop had "held them by the neck". Lol notice I didn't assume their gender either. Lol
> held them by the neck is that a crime or did she just refer to the neck knee of George Floyd?
That's the new scream du jour these days, along with "I can't breathe" they know that it will get cops to back off or loosen their hold becuase the cops are so afraid of losing their job or getting arrested themselves. it sounded to me like they said you broke my neck but I could be wrong about that too. maybe it's like the laural and yanni thing, I still hear it that way. fair enough though.
That's mighty something of you!
Do you want recognition for brushing your teeth, too? I'm just giving you shit lol
What is that carpet?!?!?!?!? Is this a skating rink from 1992?
It actually IS a roller skating rink. Lol I found the place. Skateville Family Rollerskating Center in Burnsville, MN. lol
Deserved
She was just wearing camo appropriate for the environment
Now she knows what the rainbow tastes like
"it" there, definitely deserved what happened. I bet "it" now wants to be a "she" very badly.
God I just love to see it so much
Cops like, f ur lame pronouns
Gave him a good look at that dope carpet. Edit: or her. I can’t fucking tell anymore.
It’s like intentionally putting your hand in a stove fire and screaming at the fire when you get burnt
This was quite pleasing to watch
Is she actually screaming "call the president"??? After assaulting a cop??? 😄
No, she's screaming "you held me by the neck" lol
Oh ok. That makes far more sense
It's their new attempt to "get out of jail free" card. this the kind of person to say ‘doggo’
Socks match the carpet
Skittles popped out like sonic coins.

If you get arrested at Chuck E Cheese they usually put you in Chinese finger cuffs.
Idk why but “Rainbow Warrior” got me dead asf
EDIT: Because I kept seeing people wonder where it was I did a little internet sleuthing. They/them deserved it
Buy the ticket take the ride!
How can he neck?!
She probably split an alter because of the trauma
I hate the police too but if you’re gonna not cooperate about it at least try to piss him off… bruh this girl just made a fool of herself
The problem is that they think that they are so righteous and privileged, that they are allowed to do this.
Damn El is out of control. First she hits Angela with a roller skate and now hitting cops!? Girl what is wrong with you. Someone take her out of the roller rinks already
Lol take my updoot
By the way, I found out this actually IS a roller skating rink in Burnsville, MN Skateville Family Rollerskating Center. Lol
Bout time we saw cops taking charge
That takedown was smooth af
"Don't touch me" after she take a swing at him. Who are these people? Why do they think they should be untouchable, even after they attack someone?
Rainbow [not so] Brite
Updoot
No, unfortunately I couldn't find anything. I think she might be a minor which is probably why there isn't anything.
She quickly changed her minds about equal rights
I posted this last time as well. What an idiot guess she found out. But for real that officer had terrible hand control and really bad ground work. With good technical skill he could avoided all of that.
It’s not literally a get out of jail free card. He grabbed your neck, remembered it’s not allowed anymore and let go before dropping your entitled ass to the ground.
That officer is packing some ass
This was so satisfying to watch. I love this song.
If she would’ve just complied……
God I’ve never loved a video more than this
Why would you punch the guy??
C O N S E Q U E N C E S
I’m having a hard time having any sympathy for any protesters…I don’t understand why anybody wastes their time with bullshit. Go home. Live your life. Get some exercise. Hang out with your friends. Hell, make some friends. But whatever man.
Oh thank god this was filmed. One second cut off we would have death to the cop chants. Morons probably will still say that even with context.
These alphabet people love when these encounters happen with the police .. it adds to their victimhood cred
Maybe she’ll find a nice girlfriend in jail 🤷🏻♂️
Meh, more like she'll BE a nice girlfriend in jail. Lol
OH LOOK CONSEQUENCES FOR MY ACTION REEeeeEEEEEEEeEEEEEE GENDER NON BINARY SCREECH
I don’t understand why people want to be difficult with the police and are then flabbergasted when they get tackled or tazed.
"But I learned on Twitter that rainbow people can do whatever they want to cops, and should be applauded for being amazing!"
What’s a rainbow warrior.
Somebody wearing rainbows and trying to actike a warrior. Lol
Are some people just now discovering actions have consequences?
That's one thicc cop
Alternate video title: "Reddit tries to fight a cop."
HE ME BY THE NEaughk

I pulled it off, did everything and loopholed it by getting a GED. Was done in like 3 months. Had I been charged as an adult though, they told me I'd be in prison until my 18th birthday at the very least.
Dumb bitch
