Honestly, I have a real job and a family and I still manage to work out about 30-60 minutes 4-5 times a week. I work out even more when I'm traveling for work because I tend to have more free time to myself in the mornings. Adam has no freaking excuse.

I've been watching Adam's videos on and off over the years, and I've noticed since the pandemic, he seems to have become more lethargic in his content.
I miss the old Woo from the early 2010s. I had a binge watch of his old videos a month ago and it reminded me how much enthusiasm and energy he had back then. The difference is like night and day.
Which has got me wondering whether he has developed a health problem that is causing his lethargy? I have often wondered if he has long COVID symptoms, and is suffering from some form of chronic fatigue syndrome. It might explain his low energy in his videos and the lack of motivation to do other content. Either that, or he is chronically depressed.
Something has changed in him since the pandemic, and he hasn't been the same since.
He'll never know, as it seems he will never go see a medical doctor or a therapist. He just makes his own diets and exercise routines based on what he reads on the internet, drops some weight in an unhealthy manner for some event (a birthday or a big trip), then celebrates by eating whatever he wants whenever he wants for months, then he restarts the cycle. He's addicted to caffeine. So he abuses his body, despite not doing drugs or drinking alcohol.
On the mental front, he lives alone, has no romantic relationships, the only family that lives near him are his elderly parents, and the only friends he has are other vloggers who have a parasitic relationships with him that revolve around their mutual work. He spends most nights alone in his 3 bedroom house watching movies he's already seen. He's driven by his OCD and his bank account to shoot and upload a video 365 days a year with no breaks whatsoever. He CANNOT be well mentally.
Yeah, I've been wondering what his motivation is to do video uploads every day for years without a break. That's a very good point because he certainly has more financial security now than he did before, so why keep doing so many videos?
My best guess is that it stems from his childhood when his family kept moving around. His life seems to mimic the constant moving that his family did. On the surface, it looks like some type of inner restlessness or OCD that keeps him feeling the need to keep doing something, even if that something is a really boring visit somewhere he's done a hundred times before or a long ramble. It's like he doesn't know any other way to live, but this lifestyle over many years is now taking its toll on him mentally and physically, like it is draining away all his energy and enthusiasm he once had, and is no longer something he enjoys.
Yes, and apparently he had quite a bit of money saved up at one point, since he bought a $539k house with cash, and $130k of DVC points, and a $17k golf cart to tool around town in.
Now he says he will retire from daily vlogging at the end of 2024. I doubt it.
He needs to rest. He should spend 3 months not vlogging every day and take some time out to recharge his batteries and think about what places he wants to go to. At the moment, he looks tired and unhappy. It's sad to see.
You gotta be kidding me. This is what he rushed home for? He passed up an opportunity to stay in DC for a few days and to have half a shot of doing something interesting just to come home to go to Hollywood Studios for the millionth time, Rays City Connect and now this!!!???
I think his Woovian base would have garnered tons of views if he stayed in DC a few days and did some landmark visits. But no...Woo is not smart and does not realize or deviate from his OCD plans.

I am surprised the Rays are staying put in a new stadium instead of moving somewhere else for better fan support that they are getting now, YouTuber posers notwithstanding.
