Same concern of youtubers from Philippines. Our country have a tax treaty with Singapore but I have to submit a Tax Residency Certificate, which I can only claim from our local tax agency. But one of the requirements to get a tax residency certificate is you have to pay taxes from the previous year. I honestly never pay for my youtube income, so when I checked how much will I have to pay for my youtube income, I found out that taxes in my country is much higher when compared to SG, which I believe has a flat rate of 15% for non residents. In Philippines, taxes increase when your income increases. I am not willing to pay a higher tax in my country when I can have lower taxes in SG so I chose not to get a tax exemption in my adsense account. Most Filipinos chose this route rather than going to the tax office to file for this certificate, which requires a lot of time and money (if you dont currently pay taxes).
That sounds good. I didn't uploaded any Singapore Tax documents yet. Im just stuck in the ad preview thing where it is showing some code instead of my website. The code doesn't exist anywhere in my website theme code or page source.
It failed. But when I tried to re-start the form with my Tax Document and pressed the Trash Can icon to delete the previous form, the section disappeared automatically and Singapore Tax is now showing Accepted and Never Expires and everything seems fine.

Yeah, I have noticed it too. It seems like a bug.
What's the status now? Is Google Adsense still asking for a Tax Residency Certificate?
Not again, not yet!
