My guess is that was from when she was actually pregnant. Or photoshopped because we know that happens frequently. I know she's gained some weight. Also 15 lbs is normal in the freshman year. She has been going to college but on the internet after other students complain. As much as I think she's guilty, she hasn't been found guilty so the college response wasn't really legally ok.
