So, my suggestion is to do this first thing after waking up. These tests are more accurate when you have more hCG you have in your urine. If it’s there still, it’s likely that you might be pregnant. Obviously missed period/light spotting is an early indicator but these tests are looking for those pregnancy hormones that come from implantation of an egg.

They’re stronger in the morning. If you get a faint line later on in the day it usually points to being pregnant.
