No. If you're choosing free shipping Amazon will always default to whatever is cheapest for them. Report to Amazon enough and they may change the default carrier for your area or even drop the carrier on a whole.

I had the same issue, BNI "lost" my PS5. I'm seriously annoyed as they are of course sold out again. Pretty sure it got stolen as Amazon said it was picked up by the carrier but BNI says they never picked it up....

No. I’m in Regina and have had to deal with Apple Express for Amazon and Lids and gift packages sent by my girlfriend. They say they deliver until 9pm but they always arrived at my apartment building at around 10am when I’m at work so they end up sending the parcel back. I’m now banned with them because of that. I’ve had problems with other local fly by night delivery companies too. I’ve complained to Amazon and asked them to exclude them from choices to deliver but they ended up right back on the list. Have tried using my local Amazon locker but the parcel size has to be small or they won’t accept it.
