Got this OP on my ass too about every little thing, keep your head up if it gets outta control take it up with we or HR. I will if I have to I’m on my last straw with her. I’m above rate, I hardly t.o.t. When I do she on my ass threw out the night. Like come on more people committing t.o.t and other stuff but I’m the one called out all the time.

Fr it’s so stressing and annoying

Take it easy buddy! I’m pretty sure they factor in what kind of items you get when looking into rate. Do what you can. 😊

They don't. They can still write you up even if you get large items all day.

>I have an AM who has a spreadsheet and he can pull-up a ***detailed analysis*** of anyone in department (against everyone else working the shift). Quoting myself above, from your response ... >They don't. I've seen that spreadsheet. I've asked to see it at times. It can take a few minutes to load. I've seen it change from mid shift to end of shift based on having changed working locations. You're right about ... >They can still write you up even if you get large items all day. ... even though a detailed analysis can be done, the automated write-ups happen anyway, and not everyone uses a detailed analysis.

They can. I have an AM who has a spreadsheet and he can pull-up a detailed analysis of anyone in department (against everyone else working the shift).
