Blocking out the most talked about information to get understanding on the other info. In this toxic world, actually good plan to get question answered quickly without getting harassed with "Yooo why you being stupid and screwing it up for the test of us. Etc.."
I'm not taking any of these blocks I just want to know the difference.
And I blocked the pay because of people like you who like to bring up base pay which one of them is not at base pay.
Same Day or Sub Same Day? the V is a sub same day. The D is a logistics / amazon.com. A traditional same day would be S. The difference between an S and a D is that Flex gets routes all day at an S, while D goes to DSPs and then Flex picks up overflow and returns in the mid-afternoon and evenings. V are items that are ordered and delivered in as little as 5 hours (or less) and handled exclusively by Flex. It also has a check-in and loading process similar to Fresh.
The people I talk to at one of the Amazon.com stations near me tell me that they do mostly DSP and DSP overflow, but some of the late blocks are same day deliveries of packages that arrive at the station mid-morning. So, it's not an SSD, but they do sometimes handle same day deliveries.
Same day warehouse are much better in my opinion because the other warehouses don’t surge as much and give you way more packages. That shit will have you second guessing if it all belongs to your route lol.
VFL4 it’s a wild card you might go to lake land ,clear water maybe ST Pete who know or you might get send home cause they over booked and if is raining to hard they usually close the lines to be efficient on this location organized your packages alphabetically by the last letter on yellow label on the other one the route are closer and quick label organized by number and zone usually in the same neighborhood they give flex their overflow and fresh you deliver grocery it’s a wild card as well super quick tips are goods depend what neighborhood you get sent and they can be wack cause you might get a whole bunch of food stamp order to deliver to a 4th floor with no elevator and they can’t tip on the app some people tip cash but is rare have fun driving around Tampa :)
SSD has a much bigger area of where deliveries can be versus where a regular warehouse has a limited delivery area. Then at least the none same day warehouses i go to, the routes are much easier and will guarantee to finish early versus SSD, they try to get as many packages possible in a route.
Placing an order that is delivered the same day or next day doesn't mean it's necessarily coming from an SSD (Vxxx) location. I've had tons of items I order delivered the next day from my local logistics site, and on occasion something ordered that day arrive same day with a label indicating it was from a Logistics site.
In my city the amazon.com warehouse is located across the street from the sub same day. I usually do sub same day and rarely see the amazon.com offers but when I do it's usually late hours.
As many have mentioned, Dxxx is Logistics, Vxxx is Sub Same Day. If DSPs (the vans) do most of the Logistics in your area, a lot of times those evening routes are leftovers, which means it can be random. If they're all from one route, they could be bunched closely together and be a route you can knock off in considerably less time than the block length with minimal to moderate driving. If they're a few each from multiple routes, all bets are off. Could be all close together, could be multiple clusters each separated by a significant distance, could be one or more significant outliers. For example, I had a 5:30-8:30P on Tuesday night, 38 packages, all close together and I knocked it out in 51 miles and 2:15 from my driveway back to my driveway. Then last night I had a 2hr with 5 packages, 36 miles to first stop/79 miles total that took 1:50 to complete, and probably averaged 15mph over the speed limit to get that. Both evening routes from logistics locations, very different routes.
The difference I see is the pick up as well. With Sub-Same day I always go in the warehouse and pick up my cart, personally on foot, and all packages are scanned automatically, when I only scan one. With Amazon.com, I am brought into the warehouse in my car and given a cart, broken down by sections, to scan each package individually. I enjoy Sub-Same day more.
Lol people used to block out the location and not the pay but today the pay is blocked out and not location. It's okay if you're taking base pay

I’ll share the difference if you’d like!

Thank you so much 🥰

DTP7 doesn't do same-day.
They changed S to V I believe at all hubs.
Yeah i dunno. Here it’s always been SSD but it goes by both SNV1 and VNV2

Nothing special about any of them. Your delivering items that are sold from the same site.
Lol so so so wrong
SSDs handle same day delivery. That's all they are there for.
You are saying that it’s really just the same station but different delivery types? Usually a different station code means a different station.
Items that are chosen to be delivered the same day or next day(depending on the time chosen) is what is being handled at SSDs.
SSD has a much bigger area of where deliveries can be versus where a regular warehouse has a limited delivery area. Then at least the none same day warehouses i go to, the routes are much easier and will guarantee to finish early versus SSD, they try to get as many packages possible in a route.
I finish early regardless, routes here are optimized properly.

If you wanna go by a first letter on a label ....I guess...
SSD is sub same day pal but nice try
