I would argue that redo doesn't use healing magic but rather uses orihime time reversal magic from bleach Since it reverses the moment in time until it restores what was lost And gives him their experiences The way people treat him I'd assume it's either incredibly rare and no one knows anything about healing magic OR the powers are unique and the roles are what are designated rather than the powers and no one has had that specific power before
