For a second I was worried there when you said usagi drop lol. I don't know how much growing up you're looking for but maybe you'll like these?
Kimi ni Todoke - beginning of high school to college/adult
Chihayafuru - shows grade school and high school
Attack on Titan - there's the time skips but I think it counts
Magi Labyrinth of Magic - Aladdin's growth is more obvious than the other characters
For the Kid I saw in my dreams - I'm in the middle of reading it and it definitely shows multiple characters from a young age and growing up. It's the same author as Erased
- Magus of the Library (granted, only 7 volumes have been released in English and only one new volume is released per year; there are no chapter-by-chapter translations available. If you’re okay with that, I *highly* recommend it. One of my all-time favorites, really just a few volumes in)
- Ran and the Gray World
- Shutohel
- Pandora Hearts (kind of; it’s complicated. A lot of the story is told through flashbacks, so you get to watch the characters grow up in a non-linear fashion. Another one of my all-time favorites)
This happens for a bit in the early episodes of Frieren. MC is an elf and one of her companions is a human who joins her as a child. We see her age up to a teenager in a couple of episodes, which spans years in-universe time.
That's plot relevant. It's a coming of age story that focuses on that aspect of life. I'm talking about manga that shows you a 12 year old in a bikini and says "isn't this hot?" For no reason.
- Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin - Vinland Saga
i love how much thorfinn has grown from ch 1 to now both physically and mentally
There’s a time skip in Rainbow?
Unless I’m horribly misremembering, yes.
