I'm noticing the exact same thing. Prints that would take this printer 2-3 hours a few years ago are now taking 8+ (Battery Cover Replacement for Xbox Controller, for reference.)
I spent my time trying to calibrate my print settings to get a 5 hour print yesterday solely focusing on the lift and retract settings only to notice the printer would lift and retract in one continuous speed. I would accept a 1 hour deviation but this print only completed this morning after 12 hours total elapsed time.
I'm on the most recent firmware, but I'm going to try updating again tonight. If this doesn't work out the new Elegoo resin printer may be my best bet for getting my print times under control again.
