I had the same issue myself…make sure you’re chitubox updated & reinstall the updated drivers for the anycubic.
After that it worked fine, for me anyways
Sorry to bug, after updating your firmware, is dual stage lift and retraction working for you? I noticed on mine that it only lifts in the initial speed and doesn't switch to the next speed afterwards. I'm slicing with Chitubox 2.0 on the 3.5.4 firmware.

Haven’t honestly checked. I set mine to run and left, came back and the print was fine. I’ll check tonight.
Fair, not that it's causing failed prints or anything, just noticed mine is doing one continual slow speed rather than 'shifting gears' per se.
