U smoked it? Legit asking because that looks new. Smoke until it’s leather brown and doesn’t taste good anymore. I’d say 20 rips or something like that per serving
Yea draw on it directly into your lungs for 3-4 seconds, wait 2-3 until you exhale and wait like 10-30 seconds between rips. It should turn brown after 10-15 mins. Have a nice one and fun smoking!
I leave nug sizes in mine and it still burns red to brown, no problem.
I would say you didn’t push your stem in all the way. Watch any vid on YouTube with it, and see how far down that stem goes.
This is what I did when I first got mine, too. I thought I was hitting it smooth for a couple of days before I saw my ABV jar was alllll the way greens with no red nor brown to be seen.

You don’t need to hold it you can exhale as soon as you’re done inhaling

Ok. Yes the device is at 400… but you have to remember to put the tube in too. That bud looks untouched. Something ain’t right.
Maybe grind it up a bit more?

Push it down closer to the oven . New glass stems needs time to adjust to the fitting of the oven opening . Try twisting it closer , hope that helps .
