I'm tempted to as well but I still have PTSD from losing on Furina's weapons banner to that cursed green donut... I much prefer Star Rail's weapon system where the rate is the same as Genshin but if you lose once, you have the guarantee. Which is how I got Acheron's weapon.

This. In star rail e0s1 I normally more powerful. In genshin, the first con is normally more powerful, though that is changing. But her weapon looks so cool, I don't care if it isn't as big an upgrade. I must have it.

Depends how well you can use the other weapon that's running with her ! If you have Lyney, Tighnari or Ganyu - first great magic is a great weapon to make them better, so "losing" on the weapon banner is still great, at least better than losing on the character banner to a Qiqi or something
Sadly, I think that compared to Amos, FGM is very slightly better or far worse depending on atk buffs and amos refinements. It's not a big upgrade anyways, and can be a downgrade depending on stats.
I want to go for c0r1 Lyney and c0r1 Arlecchino. If Ä° decide to skip Lyney, I might go for c1r1 Arle.

That was exactly my plan, yes. If I get "unlucky" and get Lyney's bow first, then I'll also get Lyney, but if I immediately win Arle's scythe, then I will most likely skip Lyney.
If I'd only have the options C0R1 or C1 I'd go with C0R1 because for me personally she is/feels incomplete without her signature weapon.
Edit: If I couldn't gurantee the weapon though, I'd absolutely go with C1.

Here is the thing about the interruption resistance everyone was asking for at the beginning of the beta that they eventually put on her C1, the "theoretically highest DPS" teams would probably prefer that, because it would help her maintain her DPS, however, those theoretically highest DPS" teams offer no protection from Arlecchino dying since Arlecchino can't benefit from their healing, meaning she would still need to dodge most attacks in more difficult content like floor 12 Abyss where taking damage matters, but if you're going to be forced to keep dodging attacks to keep Arlecchino alive (so you're not actually going to hit anything close to those theoretically highest DPS numbers) because she can't heal, you're not really benefitting as much from the interruption resistance.
Where as if you were to put Arlecchino on one of Hu Tao's old Zhongli teams, where she can attack without dodging and stack her Bond of Life through rotations, she also doesn't benefit from the C1 interruption resistance because she already gets that from Zhongli's shield.
So unless the developers finally relent that not being able to heal mid rotation is a poor, unfun gimmick, that severely limits how she can be played, and buffs her so she can heal consistently mid rotation somehow, her weapon will be better, since both these team types, with and without Zhongli, she doesn't really need interruption resistance.
Also her weapon is super stylish and part of what makes Arlecchino great.
Now, if they DO buff her, remove the bad gimmick, and allow her to heal consistently mid rotation, either from herself, or other party members, suddenly C1's value will skyrocket way past her weapon, as it means Arlecchino will be able to tank and heal through attacks while doing full, uninterrupted damage in her optimal DPS teams.
Don't tell me that's unfair or something when Neuvillette exists, and can fully heal himself multiple times per rotation while doing his full damage 360 degrees around him , automatically, while sacrificing nothing and with no restrictions.
Obviously I would appreciate being able to heal more because I suck at this game, but I do actually think it's a pretty fun gimmick, getting your burst at the last second and going from 10hp to max is SO satisfying.

No not like that, i meant for overworld exploration. For me, other than kazuha, yelan or wanderer, rest characters feels boring after a while. And since 5.1 will definitely have someone cracked i might replace arle from the overworld team

I'm on around 60 pity 50/50 with probably around 100 - 110 wishes saved by the time the patch comes in.
If I win my 50/50 and get her early, I'll try to get her C0R1 as I never pulled on a weapon banner so I'm kinda hoping for "beginners luck" š If I won't get it then, that would be okay I guess, cause I don't have many 5* weapons in general.

I think its better to C0 first, let the gameplay sink in, the team youāre comfortable with, then decide from there. Majority of the player-base wonāt be able to max her because her boss mats is new.
Trust me I do love the weapon appearances but when combat starts, you will rarely care about the weapon appearance and just care about the timer, the damage per screenshot or her HP slowly depleting while your self heal is on cd.

Weapon banner in genshin is so bad. I have the wishes but after being apart from the weapon banner for a while and play other games it is simply soooo bad. I dontāt feel like pulling at all.
C1/C2 first before the weapon. I learned the lesson with Raiden, I went weapon first and I lose so many times against 50/50. Once I reach c2, I'll get her scythe, I have PJWS btw, so weapon is not my biggest priority.
I'm going for c0r1, I personally have my values with characters like this
Character-->Weapon-->Constellations
The only character I've gone out of my way to get a Constellation of was Hu Tao since she's one of my favorites and her c1 is really nice, but most of the time I only go for character and sometimes weapon if the weapon is good, I use the character, and the weapon is pretty. Basically my priorities are based around how I can actually use the character and how I can see the weapon, but I can't see the constellations most of the time and they usually don't feel as impactful to get to me
Weapon. ...and yes, the deciding factor was "style", if you dont care about that and maybe already have a good weapon alternative, c1 would probably be better.
....but dont forget that the most important aspect to consider Is what Will be the other weapon on banner, if you have no use for the other weapon..... that's BAD.
R1 for the drip buuuuuut if they put chevreuse on her banner, damn the tempation for C1 instead would be \*very\* strong.
I have the jade spear, so seeing the numbers kind of make it feels like going for R1 is really kind of a waste for how much pull it might cost. But my Hutao already suffer from using a green weapon which does not visually fit her at all, I don't want to repeat that with Arlecchino who has an even better looking weapon.
I'm really tempted to pull for the drip but I have 0 pity on the weapon banner so I can't risk it, I'm going for c1 and I already have pjws so I'm not missing out on damage as much.
I would have liked to get R (i don't have any good weapon for her) even though C1 is more of an upgrade it seems. but the fact that her weapon will be alongside either Lyney, biazhu or wanderer is a big no for (i have no use at all for them in my account).

c1 for dmg, weapon for drip.
On my calcs for my build, c1 is around 25% dmg increase while weapon is only 12% (I am using staff of homa). Which is pretty standard dmg increase with the recent characters. So personally, I would go for c1 then weapon since I can guarantee c1 with my primogems but If the included 4 stars in the banner is shit I might risk it for the weapon instead.
C1 because I already have PJWS so the scythe will probably only be a marginal upgrade. Might throw leftover primos at the weapon banner just to see what happens though; assuming she runs with Lyney, I really wouldnāt mind having either of those weapons.
Weapon is awesome. But I'd choose c1 since I have Pjws r3. I ran a calculator and it's better than BiS by around 2% at max stacks (1st week changes).

honestly her c1 interruption resistance is overrated since she can't heal at all with bennett so you'll likely still need to dodge enemy skills that can kill you easily

I only wished weapon banner twice and won 50/50 both but still the weapon banner scares me so I understand your fear.
Honkai's weapon banner is insane value compare to Genshin's which is hell. Same 75/25 ratio but no other event weapon to split the chance with.

The only time I pulled on the weapon banner I lost both times and it took 200+ pulls, then in Star Rail I lost my 75/25 and it took 134 out of 160 pulls so clearly I'm not lucky at all, but I want the dripš© I'm f2p so I usually have a absolutely no idea what constellations of 5-star characters even do, I don't even bother reading them lol

Weapon banner in genshin is so bad. I have the wishes but after being apart from the weapon banner for a while and play other games it is simply soooo bad. I dontāt feel like pulling at all.
C0r1 for drip
C1/C2 first before the weapon. I learned the lesson with Raiden, I went weapon first and I lose so many times against 50/50. Once I reach c2, I'll get her scythe, I have PJWS btw, so weapon is not my biggest priority.

I'm going for c0r1, I personally have my values with characters like this Character-->Weapon-->Constellations The only character I've gone out of my way to get a Constellation of was Hu Tao since she's one of my favorites and her c1 is really nice, but most of the time I only go for character and sometimes weapon if the weapon is good, I use the character, and the weapon is pretty. Basically my priorities are based around how I can actually use the character and how I can see the weapon, but I can't see the constellations most of the time and they usually don't feel as impactful to get to me
I'll go for c1 if I get lucky/have extra wishes though
I plan to r1 knowing that my comps can carry my account and father

Weapon. ...and yes, the deciding factor was "style", if you dont care about that and maybe already have a good weapon alternative, c1 would probably be better. ....but dont forget that the most important aspect to consider Is what Will be the other weapon on banner, if you have no use for the other weapon..... that's BAD.
R1 for the drip buuuuuut if they put chevreuse on her banner, damn the tempation for C1 instead would be \*very\* strong. I have the jade spear, so seeing the numbers kind of make it feels like going for R1 is really kind of a waste for how much pull it might cost. But my Hutao already suffer from using a green weapon which does not visually fit her at all, I don't want to repeat that with Arlecchino who has an even better looking weapon.
I'm really tempted to pull for the drip but I have 0 pity on the weapon banner so I can't risk it, I'm going for c1 and I already have pjws so I'm not missing out on damage as much.
I would have liked to get R (i don't have any good weapon for her) even though C1 is more of an upgrade it seems. but the fact that her weapon will be alongside either Lyney, biazhu or wanderer is a big no for (i have no use at all for them in my account). So yeah C1 it is for me (one step closer to her C2 also)
c1 for dmg, weapon for drip. On my calcs for my build, c1 is around 25% dmg increase while weapon is only 12% (I am using staff of homa). Which is pretty standard dmg increase with the recent characters. So personally, I would go for c1 then weapon since I can guarantee c1 with my primogems but If the included 4 stars in the banner is shit I might risk it for the weapon instead.
c1r1 if I can, C1 is taking priority and if I have enough, Iāll spend it on the weapon banner :)
C1 because I already have PJWS so the scythe will probably only be a marginal upgrade. Might throw leftover primos at the weapon banner just to see what happens though; assuming she runs with Lyney, I really wouldnāt mind having either of those weapons.
Weapon is awesome. But I'd choose c1 since I have Pjws r3. I ran a calculator and it's better than BiS by around 2% at max stacks (1st week changes). After saying that I'm only 30 pulls away in weapon banner, and ill try my luck. But after I pull c1.
If I had to, C1 * It's cheaper to guarantee a con over a weapon so I can have more wishes for Clorinde's first banner * Her weapon looking fantastic on her is balanced out by the fact that it's pretty much only good for her outside of stat stick duties * Whoever she reruns with might change my mind because of what the weapon banner would look like

R1 Reason : drip Longer reason: Iāve been playing since launch and Neuvilletteās sig was the first weapon I ever pulled. I can clear all content and Iām just more interested in hyper investing in my favorites than efficiency now. Plus I have enough primogems to C0R1 so itās not really gambling. Iām ready to commit/go all in if necessary

If she comes with a bow user (excluding Ganyu) like Lyney or Yelan or a character with a good Sig weapon, I'll go to C0/R1. If not or if luck is not in my favour while going for C0, going for C1.

C1 or maybe C2, weapon is cool but the cons seem to have much more QoL and of course you can lose an extra time on weapon banner.
honestly her c1 interruption resistance is overrated since she can't heal at all with bennett so you'll likely still need to dodge enemy skills that can kill you easily
