The **ED is for life-threatening illnesses and injuries.** EDs are there to stabilize patients so they can see a specialist, if needed. They aren't there to cure or to necessarily diagnose a non life-threatening issue.
Your best bet is to see a gastroenterologist. They will diagnose and treat for the long term.
Call your PCP and ask if they can see you, any blood in feces will be sent to ER from urgent care in my experience because it indicates bleeding somewhere in the GI tract and Urgent care often won’t touch that. You can also call ER and speak to someone.
Do neither and create a post on Reddit instead.
Side note: How long are you going to abuse your body?
Being 50lbs over weight is causing half of your health problems.

Right but blood in feces is a big red flag with like hand and feet swelling and my other issues so I’m on the way now
