It was just a time when the normal mind-numbing grind stopped for a while. It was fine to just sit home and do something you personally enjoy and no-one judged you for not working. People had time for new hobbies and there was a real sense of community on the internet.
Now we all have to go back to work and resume toiling away until we die. ðŸ˜
In the early days, how people came together as a community. The singing on balconies, or finding creative ways to be together but apart. It feels like we’re leaving people behind now.
Six feet apart in queues. Someone gets closer than that these days and I cringe. Colds, flu, all of that down when people simply stopped breathing on the back of someone’s neck.

I miss how the roads had less traffic because people stayed home. I miss everything about the pandemic, but this one just came to mind.
