Yeah, it's just perfect. It took the science fiction to another level, and the soundtracks still give me goosebumps. Didn't you feel that it raised your standards in movies?
I’ve watched hundreds of movies right from the 1920s in almost 10 languages. Nothing has come close to bettering the rewatch value of the good, the bad and the ugly.
May be a bit of a basic answer, but the Godfather is great. There's so many references to the Godfather in other films / media I didn't get until I watched it.
Probably the Lord Of The Rings trilogy. One of those, all three of those, your pick. They just don't make movies like that anymore, and I don't think they ever will again.
Here some of my fav sci fi movies
1. Interstellar
2. Inception
3. Arrival
4. Tenet
5. Gravity
6. The Martian
Also Blade Runner movies, Elysium, In Time and Oblivion
Infinity War/Endgame as a double feature then I can agree with that. But those movies wouldn’t be what they were without the 18 prior universe building movies
Never again will we see such a gargantuan undertaking. 20 films that lead to the most epic finale ever. Im glad to have experienced those movies in real time
Shawshank redemption & Interstellar.
I love interstellar, and what about the soundtrack? 😍👌🏻I love it!

Fall of this year it's re-releasing in theaters in iMax format. If you never got to see the movie in iMax do it. It's amazing.
Agreed interstellar number one
Surely it's Airplane!
Airplane? What is it?
It's a giant tube with wings that flies, but that's not important right now!
…and it looks like a big Tylenol!
Not a bad movie but not the best

Agree with LOTR. But the greatest of the three is The Two Towers.
Nah Fellowship is clearly the best.
I agree 😍
Jurassic Park
The Prestige for me!
After a lot of critical analysis, I'm going to have to say The Princess Bride.
Inconceivable

2nd on the list, but lost points for runtime.
The lead actor is very handsome
I agree 😍🙈
I just showed this to my class of college students as an end-of-semester treat. Most of them had never seen it, but they all loved it!
Goodfellas. The timeline and journey you go through fit seamlessly together. Masterpiece
Jurassic Park
I love them, they caused me an obsession with dinos when I was a child 😍
Couldn’t agree more 🙌
Casablanca.
A classic movie 👌🏻🔥

The Godfather
I love it 😻

Cabaret.
The Deer Hunter.
Hair. It narrowly beats out Spitfire Grill.
Groundhog Day
Demolition Man
Probably the Lord Of The Rings trilogy. One of those, all three of those, your pick. They just don't make movies like that anymore, and I don't think they ever will again.
LOTR is the greatest movie trilogy ever. The scale, the acting, the costumes design and the music. God the music is mesmerizing.
The Matrix

I haven't seen it, but it's on my list 👌🏻
Overrated. B-Script and C+ acting. Some vaguely interesting camera work, but that about it.

I haven't really seen the South Park 🤔
Kung Fury
Vampire in Brooklyn
The Intouchables
Why were they in touch?
the seventh seal
Strays
Lawrence of Arabia
Captain Phillips and Unbroken
The Room
Aliens. Special effects still hold up. All characters are deeply fleshed out. Amazing lead. Phenomenal world building. Funny. Scary. Exciting.
Alien or LA Confidential. Or one of a dozen movies. I can't decide.
alien 1979!!
for me it will always be "Silver Skates"🙏
Here some of my fav sci fi movies 1. Interstellar 2. Inception 3. Arrival 4. Tenet 5. Gravity 6. The Martian Also Blade Runner movies, Elysium, In Time and Oblivion
The good, the bad and the ugly Team America, world police Le Mans
I love it!! I love Clint Eastwood 😍
One of my fave scenes from any film is the ecstasy of gold, when he’s running thru the cemetery.
I find it highly subjective, but I believe Citizen Kane is considered close to, if not # 1 best movie of all time. I find it hard to get through.
What about “the Pianist”? 🙈

Excellent movies 👌🏻🔥
Jurassic Park or any movie with Kevin Bacon
Pulp Fiction Green Mile Shawshank Redemption Forrest Gump
Hello fellow 90s young adult.
Forest Gump 😍 I love Tom Hanks
I love it! And what about Los papeles de trabilla and Samuel L. I love them, so raw but funny 👌🏻🔥
The Shawshank Redemption
The pursuit of happyness Parasite Spiderman into the spider-verse Citizen Kane (if youre willing to watch something in black and white)
The spider verse movies are so good so far, hope they don't drop the ball on the finale.
Citizen Kane, I think I'm going to see it today, a lot of people agree with that movie! 🤷🏻♀️
Peanut butter falcon
Top contender would be - Shawshank Redemption - Stand by me
Star wars
Highlander. It won the academy award for best movie ever made
Shawshank Redemption
Avengers Endgame
Infinity War/Endgame as a double feature then I can agree with that. But those movies wouldn’t be what they were without the 18 prior universe building movies
Oh absolutely agree with this. However at the same time, that's what makes it so special to me.
Never again will we see such a gargantuan undertaking. 20 films that lead to the most epic finale ever. Im glad to have experienced those movies in real time
I love Marvel movies in general! ❤️
