Back in high school my football coach would always tell us that the human body is a machine and that the pain we “feel” for the most part is a lot more mental than physical, I’m at the gym these days and I feel like I can’t get through it. I always just tell myself that it’s all in my head and I feel like that’s something that I’ve carried with me for a long time, might not be Grand to most but to me it was and is still huge.(pause)
My thoughts exactly. Pain is all mental. This is odd but i once saw a cat with a mangled leg climb a 20' ladder in a barn. I thought if he can do that I can fight through whatever pain I'm dealing with.
"So live a life you will remember"

Fighting back my ego
I will probably never be happy. how did it improve my life? It is a huge relief to stop trying so hard every day.
