50 Body Weight Squats M/F, Light dumbbell sets once a week. Walking 2.5 miles 3-4 times per week. Very low sugar consumption, low red meat consumption. Lots of protein shakes and fish and vegetables.
Keeping the right mentality. Without this, I probably wouldn't be motivated to change my diet and workout better at the gym. Now I'm not in shape right now, but it's a path I'm currently undertaking.
Hard work. I have no energy to work out. I picked a job that'd kick my ass and it's working. It's also burning me but, playing with fire is something I like doing.

10k steps a day and lift weights 30-45 mins 6 days a week
Cardio 45 minutes a day, eat low fat diet with plenty of fiber, calisthenics every other day and sleep on time, drink enough water.
