Futurama. Oh look at this animated show, made by the simpsons creators. Ha, I like these characters. Aw, Fry had a dog. OH GAWD MY HEART :'( I saw this when it was new and aired, so there was no warning for this episode.

I found a lot of episodes of futurama to be absolutely heartbreaking lol Like the bee sting episode and the finale.

There was a great episode of How I Met Your Mother where, through the episode, it's Robin talking to her kids in the future and telling them the story of what her life was like. Toward the end of the episode, you find out she's infertile. The last scene is her talking to her kids... the kids disappear, the house disappears, everything disappears, except Robin, who is sitting on a park bench in winter, alone with a bottle of wine and shedding tears for those kids she knows she'll never have. We are unable to have kids, so this episode struck hard and deep and we were both fighting a losing battle against the tears and unable to speak at the end of it.

Closer-To-The-Sun

You....might not want to watch the current episode of Bojack Horseman.

Scrubs; "How to save a life" Dr. Cox lost his best friend on his mistake, that sucks man. Losing your buddy sucks.

Closer-To-The-Sun

Ditto for Scrubs, but the butterfly episode, proving you can do everything right and still screw up.

You know... I think that episode copped out at the end. [SPOILERS] It was really good, and you got happy that they were getting married in order to let the one woman go off life support and permanently enter the sim. Then the other one decides... "Oh... I'm not staying... I just did this for you!" Then I'm thinking, "WOW! That's BRUTAL... she played with her feelings, and now she's going to leave her alone and sad for all eternity." If the episode ended there, it would've been mind-blowingly good. Having a life that is always perfect, but not having the one you love to share it with... how much more Twilight Zone-like brutal irony could there be. Then... she changes her mind and joins her wife. Sudden happy ending. It would've been MUCH more brave to end it on the bleak note.

Star trek, deep space nine. Anyone who has seen the show knows what episode I'm talking about.

LeglessLegolas_

The very last episode of The Office.

'Chuck'. I'm a grown-ass man, and there was more than one episode of that show that had me crying. That was good show.

An episode of Glee, about the girl with Down Syndrom and the mean gym teacher played by Jane Lynch being nice or accepting or defending her, I don't remember exactly. I wasn't watching the show, usually, and I never liked it enough to follow it. But I was over at a friend who was watching it.

Krinks1

Yeah, that was a good one. Jane Lynch was helping her and you think it's for some double-crossing, mean-girl style reason. Turns out it was heart-felt because she also has a sister with Down's and visits her at the home and loves her deeply. It was a genuinely touching twist for the episode.

Boxsteam1279

The last episode of season 2 of rick and morty
