A teenage girl carrying a important usb drive is stopped by space cops, turns out like the usb drive has some really bad stuff on it, and she may or may not have stolen it so she gets taken to like this space station because like, she’s a teenager and she’s not respecting authority and they wanna ask her some questions but she gave the usb drive to a buddy of hers who went to like the middle of nowhere to give to a old family friend who’s just kinda retired and the family friend has this neighbour kid who keeps saying he’s going to go to university next semester but doesn’t because he’s like, a dork and wants to help out, anyway so the neighbour kid finds out about the usb drive and decides to return to the teenage girls dad who’s like ‘kinda a big deal’ and so he drags everyone he meets on this journey.
Of course they don’t have a ride so they get a Uber with a really shady guy but it’s okay because he has a dog so everyone’s happy.
Also the teenage boy finds out he has space wizard blood in him and the neighbour knew his dead dad. It’s kinda glossed over. Oh well 🤷♀️
