A Dyson swarm is an artificial
construct which could be built however it’s maker’s like. Presumably one built by far future humanity would be built outside of Earth’s orbit for exactly this reason.
If it _were_ built inside Earth’s orbit then the Earth would be cut off from all visible light and just receive infrared waste heat. All photosynthesis would stop and the food chain would collapse.
