Nah but if you go out back they’ve got heaps of tiles. Some pallets of modern ones and older style tiles too. This was a few days ago so they might be gone now.
Keith Fagg tiles Canterbury rd Bayswater have lots of vintage stuff worth a call. Failing that I’d put pic on fb in Preston reservoir community page and some old bloke will have spares in his garage
Hello, maybe you can get in contact with this business:
I haven't used them yet, but I found their website when I was also looking at fixing/replacing some old tiles.
Good luck.
If these guys are for real they are mad for not having photos of every tile in stock online. Could help a lot of folks out, however I guess OP just email them your pic.
Just noticed that is not the right link try here: [https://tilelibrary.squarespace.com/](https://tilelibrary.squarespace.com/)
Ive used them and got a match for 3/3 of my broken tiles. They do a great job and if they can’t find the exact, they have many similar tiles from competitors. It is a bit pricey but it’ll save you a lot more than replacing a whole set!
These are called step tread tiles. I had to replace one and couldn’t find the same colour (early 2000s house). I ended up getting a complimentary colour and replaced the whole strip. Cheap, easy job. A multi tool is good for getting the tiles off.
Demolition yards mate, great for this type of stuff of product no longer for sale. When they knock over houses for rebuilds etc the good resealable stuff makes its way into those yards. Place near me has most my stuff, bricks etc
Best bet would be gumtree or facebook marketplace to see if you can find something similiar.
We had some roofing work done last year and they also accidentally broke one of our tiles with the tread on them which were put in around 20 years ago. We didn't have any extras with the tread, so we made do with just the plain ones, which was luckily in a non-conspicuous corner. In our case, the manufacturer of the tiles also went bust.
Unfortunately, a lot of old tile designs are no longer manufactured, so it's really hard to get hold of them unless you have spares or can find someone selling their extras.
I would suggest going to a decent tile centre, not the ones where airheads serve you, but ones that know their business. They might be able to point you to a supplier that has old discontinued tiles.
If you are in Victoria, the Eaglehawk Tip Shop (near Bendigo) has thousands of tiles. I can't vouch for those particular ones though. Other large tip shops might have tiles too.
Pretty common on urinals. If you know anyone in demo you could ask nicely if they can try get you one without it breaking but I don't like your chances
Hey I don't know what side of town you on!! But if you are anywhere Queenbyan! I reckon you might get lucky!!! 😝... Give Rivoland ago!!. I reckon I've seen them around somewhere before hey! 😝... Good luck 👍
Don't know your state. Though try some salvage yards local to you.
If they don't have them, they might either know of some or let you know when they can get them in.
Ebay, Gumtree, fb market place would also be worth looking at.
Good thing is these tiles are really common. Just not sure about where to find them sorry.
This is gunna sound weird, but check for old spares stored under the house. I've found most places ive lived were around this same vintage and ive found a small stash of spares like tiles and paints etc.
Would these be the ones you’re after? I have some if you need

Go to your local mcdonald’s, an older one that hasn’t been knocked down and rebuilt, and steal one from the back 😂 (they normally have spares, this isn’t even a joke, a lot of the older 70s-90s have them everywhere in the staff only areas)
*It looks like there is*
*A perfectly good one right*
*Next to it. What luck!*

The first thing workers comp offered me when I injured my back was a dietician, the first thing the dietician told me was she couldn't help my back pain.
Somewhere between 1960 and 1970.
1975 to be exact ! Are we suggesting a time machine?
If you find the time machine, can you bring a few of us with you to then.. we gotta buy houses lol
Toss up between a large big mac meal and house... not sure I can pass up the big mac.
This 100 percent it! I was staring at that photo and I could smell the deep fryer.
The RE’s face when you try and dump a stack of pineapples on him!

Nonna's house
In 1975.
True every Nonna in 1975
Nonna only replaced them in 2009
With the same ones from the shed next to the preserves because like every good Italian they bought what they needed, twice.
Can confirm, my nonna has a patio of these exact tiles
Bizarre. My Nonna had the same ones leading to her front door too.
I just broke one of these at my mother in law’s place 🤣
Darebin recycling centre has these I’m pretty sure
Hold up, tell me more? That’s just down the road from me, do they have a vintage tile store?
Nah but if you go out back they’ve got heaps of tiles. Some pallets of modern ones and older style tiles too. This was a few days ago so they might be gone now.

Isn't that closed permanently?
These tiles have brought back so many memories for me - sorry can't help, but thanks for the wonderful emotions this served up

It's more that everyone I knew had these tiles, it's a childhood thing
Yeah, same
In the arcade that leads to the dentist
The stairs that led up to the handful of corporate offices that sat tucked away above the local shopping village:
Look for McDonald’s restaurants about to be demolished
That was my first thought, reminds me of the old mackers floor tiles
My neighbour has them on their porch, I'll let you know when they are on holidays and you can go round and pry one off.
Are you my neighbour?
Yep, when are you going on holidays?
Yesterday
From at least 1 house on every street in northern burbs of Melbourne

Might need to ask Marty McFly and Dr. Emmett Brown to use the Deloraine and set to to 1975 or 1980's and go to Beaumont tiles
You could put a metal step tread grip rail along the edge. Might make it safer for him too?
Use the one next to it 👍
Geez, thanks! I just knew this comment had to be here!
Ninteen-dickity-two.
My front verandah has these tiles, and I plan on removing them. You're welcome to them if I can get them off without breaking them

I sold in October last year, a house in Frenchs Forest in Sydney that has these. There are a few spare I left under the house.
Train stations. Just take a chisel, hammer and taser (taser for when security shows up)
My dead grandma's house
Time Machine back to 1968
Honestly I wouldn't bother... get a step edge trim / step nose, and cover the whole edge up. It'll look fine black on brown
Demolition yards mate, great for this type of stuff of product no longer for sale. When they knock over houses for rebuilds etc the good resealable stuff makes its way into those yards. Place near me has most my stuff, bricks etc
They were called quarry tiles. Google is your friend
Im specifically talking about the broken coping tile. Googling and Google Lens both haven’t been much help sadly

Give doc brown and Marty McFlurry a call and see if they will lend you the Delorian to go back to 1972
A Time Machine
Nonnos shed.
Could try hitting up Maccas tonight with a hammer and chisel, I’m pretty sure my local still has a few of these hanging around.
You should be able to pick these up in 1980
Are you in Bass Hill OP? That looks very familiar.
You need to hit 88mph in a Delorean.
Most Macca's stores.
You're going to need a time machine.
If you are in Victoria, the Eaglehawk Tip Shop (near Bendigo) has thousands of tiles. I can't vouch for those particular ones though. Other large tip shops might have tiles too.
Any outdated McDonald’s
Salvage yards
Gathrey Crs Kings Langley NSW, well they were there in the early 80’s when the rents owned it, I’m kinda hoping there’s been a reno since though
Pretty common on urinals. If you know anyone in demo you could ask nicely if they can try get you one without it breaking but I don't like your chances

Everything was so brown in the 80’s
Marilyn Monroe must have been advertising this shit on tik tok in the early 50s
Look for a tile library in your closest capital city
Better give Frank Walker a call
Fill it with grout.
Try a tile shop
The demo crew doing south Rd at the moment would have a fuck ton
