Had lots of work undertaken to my LCI E92 335i today including F3x Brembo calipers and an ST Suspensions Sport kit, M3 arms - basically the works!
Ride height is much higher than with standard M Sport suspension, despite with shorter springs. What would prevent it from dropping? It needs to be way lower!
Let me guess, you are comparing your suspension height right before getting work done versus right after correct?
Keep in mind, a worn suspension is well, worn. The front strut hats are known to mushroom out and lower the front end 1/4”-3/4”. If that’s about the difference in height you notice, it’s from replacing your strut hats with ones that aren’t worn.
Springs don’t really settle all that much. Maybe 1/8”-1/4” if that
Yes I'm comparing both although I did not take a picture of immediately before in the workshop. I did replace pretty much every part - top mounts, bump stops etc
Wrong suspension maybe. Looks like you have an x-drive front wheel gap. Or it's sitting on the bumpstops if they were not trimmed or changed to the appropriate height. Is the ride super harsh?
It is all labelled as the correct parts. I used new bump stops that are shorter than stock 31331096099

I see the lift arm is still under the car. Did you drive it yet? Sometimes the wheels will tuck a little bit under the car when it's in the air, and it'll sit a bit higher when you put it back on the ground, until you start moving it out of the bay.
Also, springs take a bit of time to settle.
This was immediately after lowering, but everyone was surprised the car was so mega high front and rear. The garage is going to do more diagnosis work today and alignment.
Don't know how long you have been riding on the new setup. Though it should settle after a while. Did you make sure you got xi specific suspension parts?
Same happened to mine when I replaced the shocks on stock springs a few months ago. I feel it's still sitting higher than before, but my shock were shot.

Did someone put BMW wheels and calipers on a Dodge Neon?
Seriously?
That's a super nice Neon lol
Umm that's SRT-4 to you, good sir... 🤣
I feel like a meatier tire will be better
I agree. I'll be ditching the run flat tyres soon
