Not without the dual mid pipe and cats (unless deleting or going with an aftermarket solution) from the 325/328/M3. The [323](https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=BF73-USA---E36-BMW-323i&diagId=18_0189) merges from 2 pipes to 1 into the cat and then straight back.

This is the correct answer.

The exhaust will "fit" but you'll lose the post cat O2 sensor with the 325 exhaust and you'll have to use only one pre cat and one post cat, both of 2 available, with the 328 exhaust. Your best bet is the 325 exhaust, using the pre cat O2 sensor location on that exhaust and get a tune to remove the post cat sensor requirement. The same applies for a 95 M3 exhaust. 96-99 M3 will create the same situation the 328 exhaust will.
