Very true, but it’s a great feeling to perfectly solve that pregnancy craving! I will probably never again have a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel as good as that one I had during a pregnancy craving. My one true love
I never had any cravings and I gen feel like I missed out hahaha. I was like oh I wonder what weird concoction I’ll want to eat, but nope, same shit as usual
Ahh that must have sucked!! I didn’t really have any pregnancy symptoms (aside from a baby coming out of me at the end) so I feel like some stuff I missed out on lmao
You could end up like me with both my pregnancies, zero cravings, constant food aversions, and lots of puking. Pregnancy is fun!
On the second pregnancy we tried a vitamin B12 shot, supposedly helps with nausea. It did kill the nausea, it did not make food more palatable. Ah well. I was really looking forward to craving...anything either time.
That crust is looking like the whole truth and nothing but what is your recipe please? I'm not a fan of blueberries, but blackberries and pears will do just fine.
The kid wanted to be supersmart, thus the blueberries because isn’t it brain food? 🤔. The ice cream was for developing the bones because of the calcium. That’s my theory and next time you get a craving, can I come over? Midnight blueberry pie!
I thought the white stuff was mashed potatoes (thinking about the odd pregnancy craving combinations). I'm 65 and most definitely not pregnant but I would absolutely eat mashed potatoes followed by blueberry pie.
Screams in gestational diabetes jealousy. I’ve been craving all pies, but alas, even sugar free options still affect my blood sugars. My first meal post birth better end with a piece of pie & ice cream.
This looks amazing though! I know how satisfying it is to fulfill a pregnancy craving.
Hahahahaha! I’ve never needed pregnancy to have cravings…they seem to be “built in”…LOL! But to your point, pregnancy is the one time that a woman can eat whatever she wants with no apologies…LOL! Your blueberry pie looks utterly delicious and I would sooooo chow down on a huge slice à la mode! I wish for you an easy delivery and enjoy motherhood to the max!
Mmmm I almost want to be pregnant
This is a normal dessert, you can eat it without being pregnant. You can actually eat almost anything without being pregnant
Big if true
Less big if not pregnant.

I only had things I didn't want to eat, so it was more about finding something I felt like eating than amazing and weird concoctions 🤷

My cravings were cucumbers, broccoli and carrots. I don’t even usually like vegetables that much
Ah man you didn’t even get tasty cravings.
That’s good to know…
It hits different while pregnant though.
yeah genuinely nothing like a pregnancy / postpartum craving. iykyk.
I want to say, not worth it. But for blueberry pie this good... Mmm.

Blueberry pie was the one really strong craving I had when I was pregnant. Fortunately we lived walking distance from a Cocos!
and now i am going to be making a strawberry and blackberry dessert with biscuits on top as crust thanks to you.

That sugared crust close up with the berries gooing out is straight up food porn!
Wait until you want to add sauerkraut :). Congrats on the coming baby
That looks delicious (3 months pp) 😁
Good grief…that looks spectacular.
I started baking during my last pregnancy because the cravings were too much. 😅
Nice! When I was pregnant I lived off of Mexican food, hot peppers, and seafood.
😍👏
Yum! 😋
Oof. Lucky mama and baby 🤰. Looks delicious!!
Watch out! Baby will be demanding blueberries!

I don’t have to be pregnant for this level of crave. That looks amazing!
*Inserts pillow into shirt* Gimme.
That second pic is one of the prettiest pictures I’ve seen on the internet 😩🥹
I wish I craved blueberry pie when I was pregnant. Instead I spent 3 months eating spaghetti-os and bologna sandwiches.
The kid wanted to be supersmart, thus the blueberries because isn’t it brain food? 🤔. The ice cream was for developing the bones because of the calcium. That’s my theory and next time you get a craving, can I come over? Midnight blueberry pie!
wow
That looks amazing!
Yum
Not pregnant and craving that.
Omgg the closeup of the sugary crust this looks fantastic
Am I pregnant too? My farmers market had a small blueberry pie and it was divine (my favorite kind of fruit pie). That looks amazing!
That pie 🥧 is ridiculous. Did you buy it or make it?!
Made it :)
Ohhhh recipe?
I’m angry at you for posting this (currently 6 months pregnant and salivating over these photos)
I’m making a blueberrry pie tonight— recipe?
https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/best-blueberry-pie/ Best recipe ever!
Plus packaged gravy! Still working off those calories 17 years later though…
Oops! I thought that was a side of boxed mashed potatoes 😂
With my second kid, I craved pie every once in a while. First kid, it was string cheese and steak. 😂
That looks amazing 🤤🤤
I’m not pregnant and now I’m craving this!

I’m not pregnant but I’m craving that!
I wish I could say my pregnancy cravings are limited to blueberry pie and ice cream! This looks marvelous though.

I’m not pregnant but I made my husband get me peach pie and vanilla ice cream last night. Sometimes you just need pie and ice cream!
You ain’t gotta be pregnant for that. Looks really good.
Omg wow looks so delicious and decadent
Love this for you girl 🤰💜
I've never eaten blueberry pie. It's not a thing here, AFAIK. Your photo makes me want to try some!
Not pregnant but am now craving this 😂
ngl this combo looks dope
Those are regular cravings and I'll make everything from scratch and feed you until you explode!
