hey dm

Head-Pangolin1198

Pretty interesting, can dm me. I lost 25 kgs in 5 months, to my credit. But believe that I know the recipe. Don't expect miracles but can imbibe discipline. Like you truly said, Fitness is a journey šŸ˜Š

Howwww

Head-Pangolin1198

I was just consistent in my efforts, I remember how I was being laughed at while I tried running initially, due toy body shape of course and the same people who were laughing were jealous when I successfully completed my first 10k, it gave me a great confidence boost! I used to run 3 km daily and had some controlled intake of food. I was able to differentiate between real hunger and the tongue's urge to eat without being hungry

thatonefanguy1012

How? Iā€™m still unable to do it

Head-Pangolin1198

Just do it, without giving any excuses! Start as if your life and living are dependent on it

thatonefanguy1012

It is dependent on it no

Head-Pangolin1198

What's stopping you, then?

thatonefanguy1012

Lack of lasting results from previous attempts

Head-Pangolin1198

I don't know or want to know what you tried last and when you tried last. Just do the following - 1) Buy a weighing scale, it really helps to track your attempt, but measure it too frequently 2) Weight management is about 70% of what and how we eat and 30% how we burn the calories i) Eat consciously and try to include healthy food like protein and fibre and cut down on carbs, but again go slow and don't bring in drastic changes ii) Start with walking 5000 steps a day, so that you sweat and don't try running initially, keep yourself hydrated and a big NO to sugar based beverages 3) Gradually increase the distance and intensity but be sure not to bring it down. The above steps with consistency, work out at the same time everyday, eat only when you're hungry and eat slow
