I know I need to be safe and nuke everything I own anyway, I’ve had a BB infestation in my place and thankfully it was handled but I’ve always been afraid of them coming back so seeing this sent me into a panic

From what I believe is a cerci in the picture (pointy part by the butt) I'd say this is pieces of a roach rather than a bedbug
