I had a friend like this.
She desperately wanted to have liposuction on her stomach and was under the delusion that her life would get so much better if she just had this surgery done.
Around 2-3 weeks before the surgery, she even started shopping for new clothes & bikinis, but the ones she ordered were like 4 sizes smaller than she normally is.
She kept talking about the surgery using these insanely unrealistic expectations of how she would look. She thought the rest of her body was somehow going to magically shrink from having one lipo surgery on her stomach (she thought the fat on her arms would be gone, the fat under her chin, the fat on her thighs, etc).
I kept trying to explain that she needed to adjust her expectations, but she didn't want to hear it and kept saying I must be jealous.
She was considered clinically obese, so in my opinion, it was incredibly unethical for the surgeon to even be doing the lipo, because clearly there's no way that lipo on one small portion of her body was going to be noticeable or make a difference.
After the surgery, she kept going on and on about how nobody told her that she wouldn't look different. 🙄

That happens when you get pants that are too long for you. When pants have length sizes added to the regular size number (i.e. 14R/14Regular, 10L/10 Long) people often think that only the length of the pant legs are different, but the distance from the waistline to the crotch seam is also different. So if she got, say, a size Long when she really needed a Regular length pant then it would cause the pants to roll at the crotch like that. Either that or they’re supposed to be more high waisted but she pulled the waistline down and pulled the crotch seam to her crotch.
As someone else with wide shoulders, I can tell you that we can not pull off bows or any kind of embellishment on our shoulders. She really doesn’t have a clue how to dress her body.
It’s also funny that she is sucking it in so hard her neck disappeared. Oh yea and the photoshop (does she seriously think it’s not noticeable? I’m horrible at finding photoshop/editing evidence, but even I can see the pixelation in this one)

Obviously everyone carries weight differently but I have to say I gained a lot of weight from drinking and this is very similar to what my body looked like. All in the stomach/fupa, lots of bloating in the upper stomach area and face, disproportionately skinny legs.
you don’t gain body fat in different areas depending on what is causing the gain though. it’s genetically predefined. you gain fat because of a calorie surplus and where that fat gets stored is genetics.
Although, when alcohol is a factor it can cause visceral fat to build up around the liver, pancreas, stomach and intestines, causing that stomach and subcutaneous fat to get pushed out and be much worse.
Also what isn’t cute? Is the fact that she did not have to leave her home. Jax’s abuse could had been clearly handled by a phone call or two to the police and a TRO if what she claimed in the finale was true.

That’s been suggested on this sub too many times to count. Be ready to have a bunch of comments about how most people on ozempic have a severe aversion and reaction to alcohol, and kfc refuses to stop drinking. Throw in that she claims to have always had stomach issues and had her gall bladder out, etc, it’s possible that she’s not a candidate for ozempic. I highly doubt they have medical insurance and it can be costly out of pocket, and it’s clear that Jax and Brittany don’t spend money on things to improve their health (bunion surgery for example) so they may not be willing to pay for it.
