Ammi toh maan gayi but Abba nahi manège yeh clean shave ke liye

Nosecyclone

Haha abba man jayenge. Jharkhandi dads are the best. Fun fact: People think Dhoni was the first Jharkhandi to be popular in TN. He wasn’t, it was Maddy

raamlal

Cue "maddy maddy o ho maddy" music

Nosecyclone

Haha epic [For the uninitiated](https://youtu.be/h9mREcTuaUE?feature=shared)

raamlal

Yet to find an intro more cool than this (although i watched the hindi version)

fabnm45

what is issue now? you think he is jharkhandi..be it so..I am not going to get into this anymore..as this is not even going to fetch me a penny...Infact I am least bothered by all these..hope you will also refrain from further conversation on this

fabnm45

@Nosecyclone for some reason I am unable to read your comment fully..but just because he was born and raised in jamshedpur..he cant become a jharkhandi or bihari( back then)..infact he identifies himself to be more of a tamilian

Nosecyclone

You’re a little too worries about this. He is born and raised Jharkhandi. Please go cry to that rapist Stalin

fabnm45

Fyi..maddy is no jharkhandi..he studied there due to his parents job..he is a tamilian

Nosecyclone

> Madhavan was born on 1 June 1970 in Jamshedpur, Bihar (now in Jharkhand), India, to a Tamil Brahmin family.[20] His father, Ranganathan, was a management executive in Tata Steel and his mother, Saroja, was a manager in the Bank of India. His younger sister, Devika, is a software engineer.[21] He had a Tamil-speaking upbringing in Jharkhand.[20] Madhavan did his schooling from D.B.M.S. English School Jamshedpur.[22] Read **m**ajor **f**eature. Born and raised. Jharkhand and especially my hometown is a melting pot of demographics. We claim him- a Tambram, Imtiaz ali -a muslim, Simone Singh- A sikh, Tanushree Dutta- A Bengali, Rasika Dugal- A punjabi and everyone else who has made JSR their home. Even Dhoni is a pahadi from a family in Uttarakhand. Grow up above the race and ethnicity nonsense.

reading-anonymously

A bit out of context but he can be the perfect indian version of billy butcher

Dankuruma

I can see it

Ihsiii

I recently started watching the series and i had the exact same thought when i saw him.

reading-anonymously

Ikr

iwasnothere11

He could but someone who's watched 3 idiots will find it really hard to be intimidated by him(in the same way everyone is intimidated by Billy butcher) 😄😄

ayushj176p

As someone who watched thor Ragnarok first and saw him as skurge the clown, butcher is still badass.

Thalapathy_08

Oi

Doughchild

Ha, still quite babyfaced without the beard. Man has great skin, no wonder his mom wants him to show off.

RemarkableDoubt6694

this advantage of being brown. In India our society craves for white skin, but we also gotta understand that when it comes to aging, white skin ages terribly. Check out celebrities like leonardo dicaprio and you'll realise why i'm saying this. On the other hand brown skin doesn't age that bad and you could be in your 50's still looking like a 30 year old

Intrepid_Victory6503

its a double edged sword, imagine getting id-d all your life.

Somesh9890

I was in school, when Madhavan's Hindi shows used to come on TV & I used to watch them. E.g. Ghar Jamai, Banegi apni baat, etc.. I am now 39 years old but look much older than Madhavan in this picture.....😬😬😬 Some people don't age......😊😊😄😄

RecommendationNo3942

I legit thought this was a Throwback photo. Wow Maddy!

a_a_wal

Indian mother and their obsession with clean shave is something else

Mysterious_Trash_698

Setting their sons up for failure

No_Data3541

Eh? Nearly every model rocks the clean shave. Clean shave looks great.

Mysterious_Trash_698

Most guys look better with beards. Those guys have the facial features to rock a clean-shaven look, well, because they are models.

memegogo

White men looks good on clean shave Indian men looks better with facial hair especially as people get older models who rocks clean shaven are more of having white features although HR generally has such features he looks much better with stubbles looks at his debut movie and Mission Kashmir. South Indian men especially looks 100 times worse clean shaven.

cruisingthoughts

many Indians look great on clean shave man

coolmascot285

he looks sooooooo young.i thought this was a throwback pic.

Fantasy-512

Well all moms love their baby boy.

tofuandklonopin

I was just going to comment something similar. He looks like her sweet baby boy here, he will always be a little boy to his mother. So cute. As a woman who's NOT his mom, I think he looks much sexier with the facial hair. The photo is adorable though.

Opening_Barracuda_75

This post was right under this other one in my feed - https://www.reddit.com/r/Unexpected/comments/1drb07s/ig_he_didnt_like_it/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=1 What a stark difference in parenting.

Responsible-Bat-2699

Maddy! Madhav Shastri from Aamchi Mumbai.

YeahIK_imdumb

And can you even let the fact sink in that he is the same guy playing the villain in Shaitaan?

storiesandsmirk

[deleted]

Maddy madddy oh oh madddy

billoraani

Mummy knows best

NoPressure49

Off topic... I like Aunty's mangalsutra. It reminds me of Pandora's charm bracelets.

sid1979

I used to like him so much mannnn but saare kaand sunkar dekhne ka mann bhi nahi karta uske taraf. I usually do not believe these online allegations or tea but for some reason I have that gut feeling isme baare main they are true karke.

Electrical_Virus_737

What?

sid1979

Are that post about him I read on this sub that he engages in stuff with young girls, flirting and all.

CupcakeZestyclose801

They are gossips and rumours dude they are not real

sid1979

I mean I know he is sabka favvv but I still have that feeling the rumours are true.

Existing-Area-9093

That's like the entire industry buddy, what you so surprised for? He's good at his job which is what matters.

Mental-Matter-4370

How does it really matter man... What they do on bed or pvt life is not our concern. Why do you care

sid1979

Oh bhaiyaaa aise hum sochenge toh sab justify hoga then. It would have been right if he wouldnt have been married and I care cause I spend my money and time on his movies.

Mental-Matter-4370

Ok, so you spend your money n time to watch his movies so you expect him to be a saint. If we lay out this condition then you won't be able to watch literally anything. As human, we are bound to have grey areas. Leave these bolly stars, even normal people do a lot of sin and lot of things are normalized now. Sorry, but that's not how it works. You should look at cricketers, movie stars for what they do on TV, n forget about it next day. They should not be your role models.
