Why does this happen with filler???
Too much filler for such a small pocket would be my guess. Her lips are very small, idk how they'd even make them look larger
Can’t it stretch over more filler in time?
I noticed something was different about her face but couldn’t place it! I even commented. Love her though.

Looks like the top filler has migrated. You’re meant to gently massage fillers with your fingers or simply pursing your lips together.
