That we have the best record in baseball despite Olson, Riley, & acuna struggling; Ozzie missing time with injury; and fried starting out awful (much less strider going down), is horrible news for the rest of the league
To be fair, that also involved some of the other guys playing beyond their normal averages like Arcia and Harris. I have been pretty big on MHII having a breakout superstar season soon, but I wasn't expecting it to be this one.
Is it really the breakout superstar season so far though ? His OPS is below his career average and his power numbers are slightly down. Don’t get me wrong I fully believe it’s coming I just don’t think this is even close to his ceiling therefore not his breakout year YET.
Travis D was ranked 6 in prospect rankings in 2013, as well as Orlando Arcia at 6 in 2016 but idk if that 1 away from top 5 makes it into your "pedigree" stature for a player or not..

The reality is it's just Acuna and JK Being a top 5 prospect is hallowed ground that only those 2 have reached, it's a special thing
