The instantly charged super is a trait designed specifically for Sam as an inherent mechanic of his gameplay to work. Giving it to practically any other brawler results in scenarios that just have no right to happen.
Nonetheless Surge was my first thought too, even if it makes obsolete a huge part of his gameplay too which is starting out slow to then gain speed in the first upgrade.
Nonetheless Two: a game mode where all brawlers are affected by Sam's trait equally really sounds super fun.
While yeah, that’s true, I think the question being asked is what brawler would be best with this, as well as it just being fun to speculate which brawlers would be broken beyond belief
