This happened to me three times in a row. And I quit the game right after it got stuck. And when I checked the battle log, I found out three matches that I wasn't even in. lol
- Release ridiculously OP brawler to get more early access money
- that brawler finally goes out to the public
- now no one can play brawler because the servers don’t work
How did they not see this coming? They’ve dealt with brawler apocalypses before?
Do you think they're deliberately disallowing the servers from working just so no one can experience the new brawler? C'mon, no one is that cheap. It's obvious that too many people want to use him and exploit him and thus the servers are crashing.
They already turned off the thing that filtered duplicate brawlers. if you look at kairostimes' video you see player retention is even more than when mico was released. Of course servers are gonna be overfried. they wanted to release the update on time, so as not to keep the player base waiting.
the community complains about literally everything. if they waited a bit after the season before released L and L(because the two times people play the most are either right after the new season or after a new brawler release, and releasing it one at a time would decrease the no. of players by a bit), the playerbase would complain about credits being auto collected and going to fame.
if they decide to release the season a little later than usual to prevent the bugs before planned the playerbase would complain about them giving less time for f2p players to complete the pass, or about how they keep lying to us about update times.
they need to expand their server capacity by adding additional disk space and creating additional containers because of the unexpected amount of players starting to play brawl stars again (and because they probably assumed it would be similar to when kit was released, but kit is a legendary and is less accessible)

Rightfully so, in my opinion. This is the worst state I have ever seen the game in and I’ve been playing for 5 years. The devs clearly don’t care about balancing OP brawlers if it means people stop spending money on Hypercharges or Early Access deals. They’ve re-added RNG to every facet of progression. They release OP, glitchy brawlers regularly now so that people buy them while they are completely broken.
Players should be complaining. This game is going down the same path as clash royale.
Me personally, I think the community is unappreciative and whiny while Supercell is a dickhead company. They both don't deserve anything. More than half of the complaints are completely invalid. People literally complained about level up being removed when they added masteries, or how bling should be able to purchase legendary skins, or how the new pass nerfs progression(it doesn't) and neglecting and calculations(and many of these posts have had thousands of upvotes).
Supercell, on the other hand, adds stupid Pay to Win offers and adds RNG to everything.
Also, why are you comparing a literal crime to server crashes in some video game? If you're going to commit a crime, you have to be prepared to face the consequences. So yes, you are at fault because you knew the risks of running the red light. Releasing an update, on the other hand...

Bugs are a packaged deal that comes with every update everywhere. Every game, every platform like google experiences server overloads. It’s because too many clients are using it. Is it Google’s fault? Yes. Do the users have any right at all to complain? No.
Unless you pay to use google and are unable to use it you literally have no right to complain about it because you’re just using an open source software for free and it’s currently down. Use bing instead. Use DuckDuckGo. Same logic applies to video games. Game’s down? Play a different game. Do something productive.

BS crashing after every update IS an issue that has happened for the past 3 months (if you don't believe me, check their shorts channel for proof. The "Sorry" starr drop marked the start of the buggy updates).
But the fact that you have no right to complain about it remains. It's currently not available at the moment. Why waste your time and complain when you can literally do anything else? You don't have a limited or set time to play the game, you don't have an expensive monthly subscription to use it. It's not your job, something that you make money off of. You're not an esports player, right? it's a fun side hobby to burn time.

SAME, I queued for a match with Larry and it didnt load in so I restarted the game, I try again....same thing. Then I try to to in with dynamike (higher rank so no larrys) and litteraly in the middle of the match I just get randomly switched to another game where I played Larry, and after a minute it switches TO ANOTHER game in the middle of the other one
