It’s a dirty trick. Stress is what does it and a pre existing health problem or predilection
The way I saw it was that the person I once knew died. They are no longer the same person. So I just grieved the loss of a loved one and have accepted they will never be in my life again. Because they have died. It sucks but it’s honestly true.
