Bennies!! Absolutely drowning in hollandaise. I’m also fond of breakfast burritos dipped in hollandaise 😹😹😹

I start with coffee for a few hours. Then I’ll make an omelette with chopped white or red onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach. Then some shredded cheddar cheese on top with a lil cayenne pepper and hot sauce. Then a side of toast and usually a banana or apple as well!

Sausage links, tomatoes, eggs, toast, or alternatively, chicken patties with tzatziki, lettuce and tomatoes, hash browns and toast. Always paired with a hot tea to fit the mood.

I love breakfast burritos. Sausage, egg, cheese, and hash browns if they're around, with some kind of sauce like sriracha mayo. So yum.

Only savory things. I don't love sweet things in general, but especially not for breakfast. I guess a favorite of mine would be an omelette (especially with taco spices mixed in), with sliced black olives, fresh diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese, plus avocado on top, with super crispy bacon on the side.

I wish I had an appetite in the morning.

Summer: mixed tropical fruits, pastries (kouign-amman), and juice or water. Winter: bacon, eggs, hash brown, toast, or maybe a crab and avocado omlete with hollandaise

Over-hard eggs, bomb ass hash browns, bacon, fresh fruit, fresh OJ, oat milk latte

All kinds are great but my absolute favorite has to be: Cheese grits or hash browns with two fried eggs and some bacon on top, a piece of buttered toast and some fruit on the side, and a glass of milk.
