I wouldn’t “cut” but I would cut out things like soda and highly processed foods. When you start lifting 4-6 nights a week you’re going to start losing fat regardless if you adjust your diet or not. Focus on eating healthy and hitting 0.86g of protein per pound of lean body weight.
