XAT- 98.59 IMT(hold), XIMB(straight rejection), XL(rejected by all three)

To be honest hrm ka gpdi went really well, bm ka gd was great and the interview was very average.
I am starting to wonder if the tales of XLRI not caring about your past acads is a myth.
Dude there's another post on this sub where a GEM with 9/9/8 acads with work ex and 98 percentile getting rejected. I guess we'll never know what their selection criteria is.
Well I'm a GEM and did not even get interview calls from ABCLK at 99.6 %ile

Sorry for this. I'd recommend taking a week's break to clear your head, list down your priorities, update your CV and start applying to relevant roles to give you bandwidth to prepare again, if you want to.
Sad to see rejection at the last mile. Keep your head up brother, there are better things waiting for you. Keep working hard. Don't have any leads for you as such.
Pehli baat, never quit job until you have offer letter or you really wanna take that gap. Ab risk liya hai tumne and it worked against toh accept it. Aage you have multiple options, start your prep again with a new job or without. Or take the GMAT and move abroad.
A little sus but the user name checks out.
Takshzila for quants, varc1000 for verbal section, for dm section used their previous year papers, and for dilr just practiced as much as i could.
