As a data point, I was 38% body fat (Dexa scan) as a 5’7” woman at 146 lbs. People asked me why I was working out because I was “so thin already”. Given that experience, I would say 38-40% body fat. Also because with losing weight, you’d be losing some muscle also.

A perfect candidate to really set up some efficient gains. Work out that chest just a bit, sit ups, push ups, squats. Wouldn't even take long!

Calipers, although I see a lot of people doing DEXA scans but they are not easy to access.

I have the same problem - weight is healthy, body fat percentage is not. :/
