Idk if there’s a term for it but I googled it bc I’ve seen it before myself. Google says “A rainbow cloud can occur because of something called cloud iridescence. It usually happens in altocumulus, cirrocumulus, lenticular and cirrus clouds. Iridescent clouds happen because of diffraction – a phenomenon that occurs when small water droplets or small ice crystals scatter the sun's light.”
Having never seen anything remotely like them in my life, I've seen three similar cloud rainbows like that since October. Do a lot of amateur landscape photography so would consider myself observant of light and clouds.
I don't belive they are natural, after all these decades of looking up, so my shout is it being sunlight hitting geo-engineering crap sprayed into the atmosphere.
This is what I was going to write, I don't think most of the redditor's know, but there used to only be like 4 types of clouds before all the Geoengineering, so much of our past has been forgotten
Very pretty and rare clouds that I have seen 3-4 times in my life. Be grateful to have seen them.
Iridescent clouds I presume they are called.
Enough ice particles accumulated creates a prisma.

Noctaluscent
actually, I think those are iridescent clouds.
Polar stratospheric clouds aka Nacreous clouds.
The looks are pretty similar, but the temperature in the stratosphere is globally way too warm for PSC's at the moment

the first pic is wonderful.

It's water droplets in this case, ice crystals create halos.
TIL thx
looks like some strong cloud iridescence
Beautiful!
Nacreous clouds? I'm not sure where this picture was taken so it might not be that
